Volatility Uncertainty Complexity Ambiguity are constants of existence and of life.  There is no avoiding VUCA.  But there are ways to cope with it, ways both deleterious and auspicious.

There are three deleterious ways to cope with VUCA: ignore it, suppress it, manage it.

There is one auspicious way to cope with VUCA: use it, drive around it, and drive through it.

Ignoring VUCA increases the frequency of its presence and the potency of its effects.  Suppressing VUCA transmutes it into chaos and shapes it into an explosion.  Managing VUCA expands its presence and deconstructs its manager’s composure.

VUCA is to be reconnoitered and noted in continuous loop, used to advantage, and enlisted as a partner to satisfy a purpose one has set for oneself.

Ignoring VUCA is a propensity of women and children.  Suppressing VUCA is a habit of tyrants.  Managing VUCA is a practice of bureaucrats.

Taking nourishment from VUCA while manifesting one’s telos despite it is a characteristic of men.

On The Philosophy Of Aesthetics

At the appointed time, necessities become ripe.  That is the time when the Creative Spirit (which one can also designate as the Abstract Spirit) finds an avenue to the soul, later to other souls, and causes a yearning, an inner urge.

This yearning — this inner urge — acquires the power to create in the human spirit a new value which, consciously or unconsciously, begins to live in the human being.  From this moment on, consciously or unconsciously, the human being seeks to find a material form for the new value, which already lives within him in spiritual form.

In this process, the spiritual value, searching for a form of materialization, finds matter.  Matter is merely a storeroom.  It is from this storeroom, that the spirit chooses what is specifically necessary for it to reveal itself — just as a cook chooses what he needs from a pantry.

Update 1: Be not subdued by VUCA.  Drive through it.  Not talking with an enemy is stupid.  God talks all the time with the devil.  And you can’t, won’t, know better?

No alcohol, no drugs, and no fears.  That is the source of POTUS’ energy, which is natural to a clean person.
