Were search made of officials’ and media’s personal medicine cabinets, anti-depressants would top the list by frequency and volume of intake. Then all the illegal psychotropics they imbibe, a cornucopia of them. Then the alcohol. And from these are expected judicious policies and decisions?

Plenty of people wonder, Why? Why this effusion of blood, violence, destruction, and meanness in America? There is no need or reason for it, seemingly. It makes no one happy, is so obviously unnecessary.

WHY?!?

I advance two reasons, neither of which I understand, yet, for both of which I entertain certainty.

1- The subtle reason, from Amos 3:6: Does disaster befall a city, unless the Lord has done it?

2- The gross reason, from psychiatrists, psychologists, medical doctors, farmers, industrialists, merchants, and politicians: anti-depressants, psychotropics, legal and illegal, and alcohol, manufactured, prescribed, marketed, retailed, and consumed for profit and in lieu of gaining victory in the contests of life.

A great fire roars across the land, rivers of molten lava race along the ground. Destruction and death follow the furnace heat. Hot heads and hollow heads throw over whole cities. The old burns away, the new is unseen but present. The Mother Era emerges. Birth is bloody and dangerous, the outcome charming.

Drugs may be compared to a fire sweeping the land, or, lava pouring through the families and organizations. Psychiatrists, etc., believe they are benefitting and say others are as well. Psychiatrists owe their business to a drug addict.

Who in fact is benefiting? Those who remain steadfast in faith are benefitting. Those whose submission to God’s ever loving grace does not shrink from the devil are benefitting. Only the beloved of God are tested. Only those who pass life’s tests, demonstrating anew their accomplishment through each succeeding test, are heroes.

The question is frequently asked, what is the best posture with regard to evil doers? The answer is (1) avoid their company and (2) abandon them to self-destruction.

Imbibe love in your heart. Whomsoever you come across, talk to them with love. Draw all those who are in trouble close to you. Then God will shower His love on you. How can you receive God’s love if you do not love your fellowmen? If you want to become deserving of God’s love, then first and foremost you should become deserving of the love of your fellowmen. God will help you if you help others. Help Ever, Hurt Never. Never put anyone to trouble. Love everyone. Lead your life with goodness of heart. Your heart should melt with love and love should flow in it. Embodiments of love, develop love in you more and more. This is an aspect of Divinity. It is in reference to this that Lord Krishna declares that all beings are an aspect of His Divinity. My Dear ones! You are not different from Me; I am in you and you are in Me!
