The Joint Force comprises the Chief of Staff of each of the five Branches of Service plus a Chairman and Vice-Chairman of The Joint Staff. The five branches of Service are:

Space Force
Air Force
Word Force
Sea Force
Land Force

The Chairman of The Joint Force is POTUS or a Saint or Sage demonstrably saturated in equal love for all and unshakable equanimity.

The currently designated Chairman and Vice-Chairman of The Joint Chiefs of Staff retain rank and role and are re-titled Vice-Chairman and Deputy Vice-Chairman of The Joint Chiefs of Staff, respectively. Subordinates in their offices are likewise retained in rank and role while re-titled one step lower.

Business of The Joint Force and Joint Staff carries on with current practice. However, a chair at all meetings and a simple, prominent office inside all Joint Force Headquarters are present to remind all that The Joint Force serves by consent of the electorate, embodied as POTUS, and the blessing of Almighty God, embodied as a Saint or Sage.

A COCOM Commander’s subordinate components comprise a Commander for each of the five Branches of Service. When they, the COCOM Joint Force, meet and when they work, the COCOM Commander, as vice-chair, chairs the meeting and work. If POTUS or a Saint or Sage is present, they chair the meeting and work of the COCOM Joint Force.

At every jurisdiction / level of authority where there is a Joint Force, provision is made for POTUS or a Saint or Sage to chair the proceedings.

Word Force includes cyber and information operations. Cyber operations are an information operation. Information operations diminish or eliminate an enemy’s will to fight.

Contrary to much current practice — e.g., CIA, FBI, Corporate Infotainment, Politicians — Information Operations tell the truth, not lies. Lies are easy to come by. An enemy has his own lies to cripple him. Word Force in a war-fighting or battle context discerns the truth and tells the truth, as best one can see and hear it, to one’s own side and to the enemy.

A lie has no power to persist. The truth does. Warriors win wars by exercising power that persist. Therefore, warriors, to include Word Force warriors, want the truth only and want to report and deploy the truth only because the truth only can carry their side to victory. Let information operators tell an enemy the truth about himself as well as about everything else.

The secret of a good bluff
is not to bluff.

Fight in the light, the powers of truth, not in the murkiness of lies. The light of truth is the prius of knowing where to strike an enemy so that his will to aggress crumbles quickly. Remember, the will to aggress carries inside itself a predisposition to tell and believe lies. Normal people do not aggress, and normal people do not live in lies. But aggressors do. Knowing this truth about an aggressor yields strategic advantage that carries inside itself tactical advantages, to include the tactical advantage of owning the element of surprise.

The great strategic and tactical advantage of owning the element of surprise is gained by telling the truth, not by deception, not by telling lies. Let an enemy stew in self-deceptions about where his weak points are, where he can be attacked successfully. A feinting movement is a fact and therefore a truth. An enveloping movement is a fact and therefore a truth. Through the blizzard of lies with which his people accost him, let an enemy discern which is which. Communicate facts to him, not yarns. Yarns he will suss out as lies because yarns unravel themselves on their own. Facts persist and diminish or eliminate an enemy’s will to fight, which is the goal of information operations.

tell the truth.

Each Branch of The Joint Force has a civilian counterpart:

Quiet, Polite Society
Civil Air Patrol
Voluntary Organizations
Private Boaters
Emergency Response Groups

Taken together as a Joint Force in their own right, civilian counterparts of military The Joint Force comprise a Civil Defense Battalion. Depending on its jurisdiction / level of authority, the command structure of a Civil Defense Battalion goes to a Sheriff, a Governor, POTUS, or a Saint or Sage demonstrably saturated in equal love for all and unshakable equanimity.

The branch emblem of the Word Force — Department Of The Word Force, Department of Defense, United States Of America — must include but not exclusively comprise, the Sarva Dharma Symbol. The Sarva Dharma Symbol must be present somehow in the emblem of Word Force Branch of Service, United States Joint Force, United States Armed Forces.

Everything goes to making The Joint Force capable of resolving difficulties in favor of the home country that finances The Joint Force. There is no Joint Force apart from the country, the nation supporting them.
