I understand the Left is not going to stop this. I do understand rounds downrange will, so it really is a testimony to our patience that we allow it. The Left should consider that the next time they call us fascist, because we allow them to be such when we could bring out the arm behind our back and put a stop to it. To all their double standards. Permanently. And quickly.
Instead, we allow them to be bullies and pay for the media and entertainment industries that enable it. Us fascist? Hardly. But I think we are going to be able to test that theory, because quite frankly if we were going to go fascist, the current lawlessness and double standards of the Left, the idiocy of the ideas they both spout and demand no deviation from, ideas which cause people to be less than they could be, idiotic dreams of utopia that only cause misery, would be the trigger — as people realized they either fought, or got ruled. By fools.
As it is, either the DOJ gets involved in this, the same way they stop segregationists from denying people rights, or we need to get the DOJ out of the civil rights business. Either the Federal government protects the rights of the people, or we should not be shocked if the people decide to take care of the matter themselves one day. As to the media — it can go hose itself. It is an enemy of democracy, for it will attempt to allow its preferred faction to do whatever it wants with the minimum of damage. If fascism ever does come to America — and it won’t — well, whether through the Left or the Right, it will be the fault of the idiots of the American media. By enabling it from the Left (which it currently is happy doing), or causing a backlash from others because everybody knew what was going on was wrong and stupid, but the elites would not stop it.

Well, Reich is right that the actors are paramilitaries. Cherie Morrison-Oliver provided relevant details here. Of even more relevance is the support element training, organizing, supplying and directing the kinetic paramilitaries. Reynolds links today to an article at The Daily Beast (!) naming some of those, though I think those named are several orders removed from the financiers. The paramilitaries and their support elements are cannon fodder for the financiers, who probably comprise a list of old favorites, to include domestic and foreign intelligence services.
I think the depth of Reich’s assertion is that he is calling elements in the CIA — which *as an agency* is practiced at violent and non-violent domestic insurrection — patriotic and attributing to them activities characteristic of the CIA’s left-wing, unpatriotic elements — who are usually led by the agency’s political appointees and customarily seen from outside the agency as characteristic of the *agency as a whole.*
In other words, Reich is smearing patriotic elements of the CIA with motivations and activities of the agency’s unpatriotic elements. If in fact that is his doing, it is very clever. It also would parallel a nearly identical phenomenon, but with different principals, from some months ago … and my memory is failing to recall the names in that event.
On Milo Yiannopoulos: He is also a showman, a provocateur, a self-promoter and a garrulous pretty-boy. This is what is known in historical perspective as a flash-in-the-pan.

Democrats are so accustomed (part two is here) to having the CIA execute for their political needs that when they lose control of the agency they must threaten the agency’s patriotic element against moving on them. Democrats really are a criminal organization.

This matter is now beyond whatever wisdom or effectiveness is or is not in the original orders. It is simply a test of five things: (1) do we, or do we not, as a people and a people’s government, have the right to control our borders as we see fit (to include closing them completely if we so desire)?; (2) is America to be governed for the benefit of Americans, by Americans, or to be governed so as to install utopic dreams of the Left, as the Left desires them (and that alone)?; (3) does any proposal from the right have to be perfect upon both arrival and execution, or it is mooted by a court, and any from the Left can be as messed up as something is possible to be messed up, and yet cannot be denied or stayed (ObamaCare)?; (4) does having elected representatives matter in America, or merely what the press and DNC and activists/arsonists say?; and (5) can you forever say rights not in the Constitution are in there, inviolable and sacrosanct, and rights actually in there are not anything right-thinking people need to let others exercise?

Well, it already looks like the administration is going to comply with this judge no one has ever heard of, has never voted for. Standard GOP: Stupid enough to charge, stupid enough to retreat.
IANAL, but, it seems to me that the mortal danger from this TRO is its existence, not its content. Its being issued at all feels to me like a headlock on Executive and Legislative authority while a dagger is stuck slowly into their respective necks.
Now a Captain commanding a company in combat, for example, can see his orders restrained in situ by a federal jurist who, upon someone’s representation and his own tastes, believes those orders should be otherwise than they are.
The judge has relieved the Captain from command and declared successors relieved in principle before they can take command. Democrats have created their ultimate chaos. The true Black Bloc has shown itself. And its actions are being treated as … respect-worthy, legal? No, they are violent, far more so than any mere street mob can be.
Why should this TRO be obeyed? It is a species of violence, not of law. It deserves contempt and condemnation and to be ignored, especially because another federal district court has ruled the EO in question legal.

Ischinger is saying, among other things, that if USA makes bilateral agreements with current EU countries or with Russia without EU concurrence on USA’s side (multilateralism), EU will come fully apart. He is right about that.
And he is also saying that USA going bilateral in Europe and Russia kills NATO and therefore is war on the EU conceived as a unified entity (which it is not). He is right about that, too.
And that is why he and EU mandarins are not reassured by VPOTUS Pence’s language that USA supports NATO and EU. He knows that USA going bilateral in and around Europe ends NATO and EU. And they are right about that, too.
No, looking at it coldly, I’d say the EU/NATO goose is just about home-fried. Better they should prepare to win such war as they feel descending upon them. The actual war descending upon them, did they but know it, is civil war, not inter-nation war. To that fact they are marvelously oblivious.
I just hope the Trump administration does not jump in USA blood and treasure to save the poor dumb bastards from themselves for a third time in a century.
