The chief job of The U.S. Congress now is to abolish bolt-ons to the three branches of government, especially the executive branch. The executive branch need at best only three departments, State, Treasury, and Defense, and at most four, those three plus Interior. The rest are state powers and responsibilities. All present executive department agencies, committees, and commissions are state powers and responsibilities or belong inside one of the three or four remaining departments.

The Constitution prohibits enforcement and adjudication powers to reside in the same department or agency. As presently constituted, numerous federal departments and agencies combine within their jurisdictions enforcement and adjudication powers.

Net-centric operations require few operators because command and control nodes are distributed and decentralized. In a net-centric workplace, large central influence degrades and defeats social cohesion, making normal societal operation non-organic and therefore subject to violent swings, causing chaos. In net-centric conditions, organization arises organically from the local personalities. It cannot be imposed. Attempt to impose organization causes disorganization, chaos.

Accountability and fixability in an organization are inversely proportional to size and headcount. Where there is an accountability problem, adding structure and personnel to fix the problem intensifies the problem. Instead, fix an accountability problem by removing structure and personnel involved in the problem. Management is more about removing waste than adding fuel.

This is also a principle of policing. Remove troublemakers from the neighborhood, don’t try to make the neighborhood safe. Neighbors will make their neighborhoods safe. Police are there to remove the ones neighbors cannot convince to be peaceable.

This is the blueprint for Congress’ agenda in post-fascist America: Neo-Cons/Libs, Atlanticists, WEFers, CIA-USAID, DOJ, D-R UniParty, Conservatives, Liberals, Libertarians, and their degenerate harridans, friends, organizations, and incestuous in-laws are thrown out from federal office and influence or abolished altogether.

Then Congress ratifies treaty arrangements between India, USA, and Russia — and perhaps Japan and Egypt as well with them — to stand sentinel protecting free and fair trade between nations based on the value of commodities rather than financial instruments, contracts and physical economies rather than confiscations and financial speculations.
