The Real History of Antifa

True education directs and counsels the mind and intellect toward earning pure (sathwic) happiness. Of course, it can be secured only by untiring effort. The scriptures declare, “Happiness cannot be acquired through happiness (Na sukhat labhyate sukham).” Only by undergoing unhappiness can happiness be won. This truth has to be instilled through spiritual education (vidya). When one knows of the bliss (ananda) that pure happiness can confer, spiritual education will become easy and palatable. Having been born as humans, all efforts must be directed to acquiring this education for immortality along with earth-bound material-centred education, for it is only education for immortality that can reveal the Atma and enable people to experience the immortal Atmic bliss (Atma-ananda).

Update 4: Vincent K. Brooks, USMA ’80, Retired U.S. Army 4-Star: Dismay and Disappointment—A Breach of Sacred Trust

  • General Brooks is a fine man. I have met him, shaken his hand, and spoken briefly with him, mentioning gladly that I have followed his career with enthusiasm since his days as Coalition spox early on in Iraq. He has a twin brother, also a West Pointer, also a retired U.S. Army General Officer. This statement by General Brooks illustrates the truth that even the greatest sage can be turned upside down by illusion, in a trice, and not even be aware that that has happened. A warning to one and all to keep the Name of God ever present on the tongue and in the mind and to never impede the most stringent self-scrutiny. Augustine observed that a Christian dies a penitent, not an accuser.
