How Hard The Flynn Case Dismissal Has Hit Armies Of The Guilty

So is the result.

This hard.  As foreseen, ChiCom-Phile, Judeo-Bolshevik, Jacobin (aka Deep State) minions bored into the US Intelligence Community/Foreign Policy Establishment (IC/FPE), about two thousand (2K) of them (in public), are squealing and throwing:

DOJ Alumni Call on Barr to Resign
Over Flynn Charge Dismissal

Their statement is here.

I commented on my own and in a comment string with others:

Five things strike me about this statement:

1- Its makers assert a priori that the prosecution of LTG (R) Flynn was properly predicated whereas the AG, on documentary evidence, states that it was not.  Argument from authority (argumentum ab auctoritate) (self-referential, no less), a fallacy of reasoning.

2- They refer to their mother country, USA, as our democracy rather than as our country.  USA is not a democracy.  These worthies want demos rule where they and friends alone comprise the demos.  Their vision, as everyone knows, is rules-based global order, global commons, sans nation states, themselves making the rules.

3- This is a huge mound of first hand evidence, comprising personalities, to support the assertion that DOJ — and by inference the whole-of-US-government — stands in need of cleaning and repatriation.  Civilizations and nations, including ours, stand up from self-less service, not from self-referential pleading.

4- Significant malfeasance and worse must be endemic for decades at DOJ, going back to POTUS Kennedy and POTUS Johnson, for this many participants, many from senior positions, to be motivated to try to arrest the deep and wide scrutiny implied by the decision not to prosecute LTG (R) Flynn.  They know they are being overflown and overthrown.

5- Alumni? They think the Department of Justice of the United States of America is a university campus?  They think fornication and drug-binging on daddy’s dime is all good because daddy does not care?  These are demonic gestures, not human ones.

. . . . .

How many times have they tried this gimmick in the past three plus years?  They’re desperately scraping the bottom of the barrel hoping to come up with something new that will work but can only dredge up the same old same old.

Tanking the economy and then making sure it stays tanked was a bit of a new tactic, as far as I can see.

After their next run at voting fraud, one would think so.  Even if they succeed — at the voting fraud, I mean — I cannot see them winning friends and influencing people.  I think both spiritually and materially our TWANLOCs are going down and know it.  They even have Joe Biden to signal the fact.

Glenn Reynolds comments:

Hang on to the list of names.

Meanwhile, here’s what doesn’t get DOJ alumni in an uproar: Obama Pardons James Cartwright, General Who Lied to F.B.I. in Iran Leak Case.

So, here are two more lists of the same kind, more for hanging on to, both from 2016, and both self-referential arguments from authority(!):

The Editors: National Review: Against Trump, Signatories

A Letter From G.O.P. National Security Officials Opposing Donald Trump (also here, but not with all the same names; so some editing has occurred; for example, I seem to recall Michael Hayden’s having signed the original of this, or one like it)

Finally, for a clear, brief, and comprehensive statement of what happened in re LTG (R) Michael Flynn, and why, there is this:

Glenn Reynolds comments:

That we have so many DOJ “alumni” who think that rule of law prevents a remedy for a rigged prosecution falsely charging a man with a crime cooked up by the investigators explains why the DOJ is such a garbage institution now.

And this nation has never faced a bigger threat to the rule of law than Barack Obama.  It remains unclear that we will survive it.

Spiritual learning (vidya) impels one to pour one’s narrow ego into the sacrificial fire and foster in its place universal love, which is the foundational base for the super structure of spiritual victory.  Love that knows no limits purifies and sanctifies the mind.  Let the thoughts centre around God, let the feelings and emotions be holy, and let activities be the expression of selfless service.  Let the mind, heart, and hand be thus saturated in good.  Spiritual education has to take up this task of sublimation.  It must first instill the secret of service.  Service rendered to another has to confer full joy in all ways.  Spiritual education must emphasise this through service (seva); no harm, pain, or grief should be inflicted on another.  While rendering service, the attitude of its being done for one’s own satisfaction should not tarnish it.  Service must be rendered as an essential part of the process of living itself.
