My idea at the moment is that this post initiate a series on the serendipitous presence and powers of the US Combatant Commands (COCOMs).

While everyone — well, every American — knows the entire USA Federal Executive Branch is now available for fundamental restructuring towards serving the sovereign national independence of The United States and her citizens’ freedoms, pretty much forgotten, overlooked, ignored, disparaged, or neglected is that the answer, in principle if not yet detail, is already in hand: the COCOMs.

Channel The USA Federal Executive Branch all-of-government effort through the COCOMs. Restructure The USA Federal Executive Branch to accomplish that mission. That is the fundamental change indicated by fundamental realities facing the nation state called The United States of America. The nation needs no fundamental change. The way she undertakes her responsibilities, however, does.

Without John McCain, Neo-Cons have no ground under them, much as John’s protege Lindsey Graham would pretend they do. When I heard the news of John, I breathed a sign of relief and heard nature do as well. An era of savage stupidity passed away with him.

The Agency has killed thousands over the years, Obama killed thousands, Power killed thousands, Rice killed thousands, Hillary killed thousands, Kerry killed thousands. All over the world. That has meant nothing more to those personalities than having toast with breakfast. But one seditious IC operator using journalism as cover requires a war?

I admit to relief that Paul M has not called for an MEF to assault Ras Tanura, light up the joint and drive west to Riyadh, and the 82nd and 75th to drop at Mizail and block access to Jeddah.

What follows is the sort of thinking that, if they took it seriously, which they will not, would induce minions of the US Department of State and allied Deep State personalities to excrete a proverbial hard, rough, red, three-dimensional rectangular substance commonly regarded as building material. Prima facie evidence that The USA Federal Executive Branch stands ready for restructure to face reality.

A vector of human capital is headed to attack USA sovereign national independence through the border with Mexico.

At this point, it appears to be a brigade-sized military offensive against USA sovereign national independence pointed generally at the southern border of the US, probably to peel off vectors and reinforce them towards specific points of attack along that border as they are neared. The formation appears to comprise primarily military-aged males. In that size, numbers alone are a weapon. One should expect, however, blunt, sharp, and explosive weapons to reach hands of the attacking forces as they close on their assigned battlefields/crossing points.

They know they cannot survive pitched battle with US assets, so the plan of their leaders must be to embarrass POTUS Trump and his supporters by breaking largish numbers through the border at several points followed by open field running to disperse pell-mell into the heartland, there to rough up, steal from, and otherwise encumber any who lie or rise in their field of vision (aka members of the oppressive, colonialist, privileged white patriarchy, aka Americans).

At that point, members of this particular brigade-sized attacking force would be outside operational control of their recruiters and officers, who, depending on the successes of this operation, should be expected to recruit more such formations to send northward.

Also, because competent commanders create diversions in addition to main operations, one must consider whether this brigade-sized attack is a diversion or a main effort. I would say it is a reconnaissance in force and a probing attack, a test of POTUS’ will and resources. Will POTUS turn it back south of the border? Can POTUS turn back a series or such attacks, or a multi-brigade theatre assault across, say, the southern and northern borders simultaneously?

Plenty of Jihadis and not a few nominal Christians, Jews, and Moslems in Canada would be happy to open a second, northern, front against POTUS Trump and, more to the point, USA sovereign national independence.

It is that USA sovereign national independence, after all, which is the ultimate target of Left-Jihad fury. POTUS Trump — aka Americans — is a target only because he defends and protects USA sovereign national independence arising from the Constitution, from the land herself, and from Americans’ innate patriotism.

As to who financed, raised, and commands this offensive against USA sovereign national independence, let me recall the network array, one neither new nor unknown, and it is a network array, a conspiracy, not a single source or actor:

Jesuits (anything anti-US coming up from Latin America is Jesuit social justice, Communism deemed Liberation Theology)
Nominal public and private officials and bureaucracies of the US Intelligence Community and the US Foreign Policy Establishment
Salafi/Shiite Jihadis (inside virtually every national government and through nearly countless NGOs, all lethal)
Family, single-issue, and black-ops US and foreign foundations (Ford, Rockefeller, Carnegie, Soros, Democracy Alliance, etc.)
Nominal Christian, Jewish, and Moslem NGOs taking taxpayer monies from US federal departments and agencies to run faith-based programs for social justice/social services

The way to stop all of that nonsense, by the way, and very quickly, is all-of-government acting through the COCOM Commanders.

Caravaners they are not. An attacking military force they are, under a foreign flag and led by clergy. Indeed, this is no domestic matter calling forth posse comitatus. This is inter-nation war induced, in part, with a thick helping of sedition by nominal American citizens.

(Remember: The Vatican, ergo Jesuits, calls itself a nation state. Some Popes press the point more than others. The current one, being Jesuit, presses it with tireless assiduity.)

GOA MacArthur cautioned that internal enemies — TWANLOCs — threaten The USA more grievously than do external enemies, who in fact are few, and them with reach exceeding their grasp, aspiration exceeding their perspiration.

With luck, POTUS through SOUTHCOM and FORCESCOM and the incoming President of Mexico will devise and execute a successful all-of-government plan to extirpate the cartels from Mexico and The USA.

In my experience and observation, one does not clean up a dirty system, one replaces it with a clean one. Think of your automobile’s engine or cabin air filter. A dirty system signals that its use-by date is passed. A malfunctioning (dirty) system definitionally indicates a replacement, a clean system. It too will become dirty in time through use, indicating its replacement. But meanwhile, one invents a new system to replace an old one and then uses the new system while its usefulness endures. This is life.

To my eyes, this UniParty/Deep State degradation of The USA, especially her sovereign national independence, means the current structure (system) of The USA Executive Branch, mainly, and but also of Congress and the Judiciary, has reached its operational, aka Constitutional, terminus ad quem. Its use-by date. DOJ/FBI/State/CIA cannot be righted in situ. They are dirty systems, malefactors rather than useful. This is to be expected, not to be mourned. It just means reality has to be faced with new, fresh, clean correlating systems.

Fortunately, the need’s answer is already present.

The USA Federal Executive Branch departments and agencies now were best postured as staff for COCOM Commanders, who act as POTUS’ goal, policy, plans, and execution developers. POTUS’ ultimate and fixed, constant goal is, of course, to protect and defend USA sovereign national independence. COCOM Commanders are the all-of-government focal points to make that happen.

COCOM boundaries need rationalizing — e.g., Turkey in CENTCOM, not EUCOM — and decision is required as to whether Russia and India should be in a COCOM at all in view of their inevitable Three Brother Alliance with The USA.

The dirty business in Washington D.C. and elsewhere merely indicates a system operating past its pull-date. The system is worn out, spent. New, fresh one indicated. One way and another, the IC and foreign policy establishment are at the start of undergoing, ineluctably, fundamental transformations towards enhancing USA’s sovereign national independence and USA citizens’ inalienable freedoms. Correlating with that is a reshuffle of inter-national alliances towards the Three Brothers as senior actors for secure freedom of movement in global communications.

Update 1: See the participant list. I’ll bet they get their asses chewed over recent security failure in Kandahar. US mil exit from AFPAK imminent, I would guess. Secretary USAF probably on the way out for blocking Space Force.

Update 2: FWIW, I see no objection to Russia moving on Bizerte and/or Ras Lanuf and Sidra in Libya. Europe is moving towards enumeration in AFRICOM rather than EUCOM, which is comprising now really only countries of the Intermarium. Whether Russia and India, as strategic allies, should be inside a US COCOM at this time is discussable. And the US COCOM Commanders themselves deserve far more importance in US foreign policy creation, execution, and appraisal than they presently enjoy. For example, COCOM CDRs should replace Cabinet Secretaries on the boards of NSA and DIA at least, probably also CIA. The entire IC, to include CIA stripped of covert ops and black budget authority, should serve the COCOM Commanders. All the Executive Departments and Agencies should be doing that.
