Faculties across the fruited plain are plodding to address this very old phenomenon of Négritude philosophy.  In the second half of the 20th Century it merged with the Salafi Jihad, which was prefigured by Edward Wilmot Blyden‘s Pan-Africanism and later, in USA and Caribbean, by Du Bois, Fanon, Elijah Mohammed and Malcom X.  From this toxic strain came the late and thankfully denatured Fraud.

The point is that CMC and its proudly secular brethren are staring down the barrels of Arab/Pan-African Imperialism’s artillery.  They cannot defeat it because they are defenseless.  They have to submit.  Which means the nation’s system of education ist kaput, as Dartmouth also demonstrates.  So of course is its system of religion.

Something to do with chant is rising to replace academic and ecclesial cant.

Update 1: Also UC Santa Cruz.  They demand a segregated system be made for them.  They reject an integrated system.  Segregation, yes.  Integration, no.  That is what they want.  And they demand to control the segregated system they demand be made for them.  They do not want, themselves, to make a segregated system.  They want the integrated system, made by others, made over into a segregated system for them, and by those same others.  And those same others — administrators and faculty — approve the demands and are implementing them, to include fresh demands made since their authors discovered administrators and faculty rush to appease them.

This is victory for Négritude.  It is defeat for education and the nation who depends on it.
