RAMANAM
In the Name of The Father, and of The Son and of The Holy Spirit, Amen.
Countrymen,
ORBIS NON SUFFICIT
SOLUS DEUS SUFFICIT
It is not unusual for seers to mention that Europe is no longer Eu-rope, that it has chosen to be Eu-rabia, but not very eu-ishly. (eu is a Greek prefix meaning auspicious, beneficial, cultivated.)
The Archbishop of Vienna appears to have received a glimmer of light.
But Eurabia has given herself over to Salafism and Shiia Jihad. Even congratulating herself on her cleverness.
Amid the self-adulation is lost this awareness: that Russia, a Christian nation, is not amused having a Jihadist Eurabia on her western flank. This has consequences, none Russia has faced before but now clearly sees. To her east and south, yes, Russia has seen that before and sees it now, but now, to her west, Russia is compelled to consider, as never before, her unavoidably vulnerable borders’ vulnerability — to her west — to Moslem belligerence, which is system-level no matter its denomination, as Russia well-grasps.
Eurabia is not far removed from a terrible conflagration. She just will not accept the lessons of freedom (flexibility) and decentralization (redundancy) the USA and most of The New World embody, and that would protect her from inviting her enemy — Salafist and Shiia Jihad — to table. In this scenario, USA — and The New World, therefore — have no responsibility — and should take none — to shield Eurabia from her fate or restore her from its consequences.
Let Eurabia enter the crucible alone, let the fires glow white hot, and then let USA engage the residue if its being is reasonable to USA grand national strategic objective, which is maintaining USA sovereignty by maintaining the personal freedom of USA citizens — not any Tom, Dick or Harry, Abdul, Jose or Mohsen — USA citizens.
Here, for discussion’s sake, is a discussion of Eurabia’s current dependence on Middle Eastern and Russian hydrocarbons.
Here, for discussion’s sake, is a response, anonymous, to that discussion, arranged by section headings in the original:
France’s Terrorist Hotbeds
“Most European countries have no oil reserves.”
Glenn Reynolds goes on about nuclear power for a good reason; done correctly and with modern designs it is safe, clean, does not present fissile material proliferation risks, and is the only long-term environmentally friendly way to produce the amount of electricity required by developed nations. The U.S. is in an enviable position with regard to petroleum and coal resources. European Union states are not and the sooner they build nuke plants the better. Of course, Merkel is shutting her plants down.
“They are disconnected from the rest of France’s society, but nonetheless welcome free housing and medical services, utilities and generous welfare benefits in exchange for votes.”
This is true but ignores another aspect of politicians’ apparent acceptance of Salafist tumors — simple fear. They or their fathers made a deal with the devil and there will be hell to pay for it. Europe will be purified by fire.
Syria’s Civil War
I can’t see anything wrong with this analysis. The Saudis are desperate. They’ve got no economy beyond petroleum export, an ineffective military, and almost-certain civil war once the sovereign fund is depleted to the point that external banks will no longer underwrite debt issuance. The Iranians are ascendent, with a diverse technological economy supplementing their petroleum export and a regionally effective military. The biggest difference between the Saudis and the Iranians is a cultural capacity for education and work; the Iranians have it, the Saudis don’t. Saudis have no ability to suffer, for all their supposed belief in God; they meet death in an orgy of narcissism.
So it sounds true that the Saudis would treat Russia like a whore, offering money instead of friendship, and a pittance at that. Putin apparently said, “No.” What would Russia possibly get from such an alliance? Money, perhaps, but only a little and attended by infection with the European Disease. I think the Russians also are able to contemplate relations with Syria and Iran in a similar way as they might with India; Syria and Iran are Islamic, sure, but they also contain great cultures. Not so with the Saudis. Take away the oil or their loose control over the clerics and the Saudi family is nothing and their people are nothing.
Russia must export petroleum, mostly natural gas, to support her economy. Anything Russia does will support this objective; I’m not sure to what extent this comprises her actions in Syria but it must be a part of it.
Turkish Delight
“All of this plays well for Turkey. ISIS admires their northern neighbors and they don’t include that country in their plans. The ISIS vision of an empire is the Ottoman Empire, without Turkey.”
I don’t agree with this statement. It is hopeful, at best, to ascribe limits to ISIS aspirations. Give them some nukes and let’s hear that statement again.
Trade Not Aid
“So, who on earth would buy oil from terrorists? Turkey.”
Well, yes. Good NATO member!
Brothers In Arms / Slippery Slope
The Saudis are running on cash reserves, future debt financing will be more difficult, and they’ve got an ineffective military. This all seems to be fairly common knowledge.
My Enemy’s Enemy
“It is in Europe’s interests to have three piped gas suppliers — Russia, Qatar, and Iran. That way, no single force can manipulate Europe’s energy needs for political gain. Although Russia and Iran might team up, the prospects of the Sunnis in the south forming a cartel with the other two suppliers are slim. The United States has little direct commercial or political interest in any of the possible outcomes of the pipeline projects, aside for pleasing “allies” Saudi Arabia and Turkey. It is just committed to keeping Europe free, and so a powerful Putin incurs military expense for America.”
I do not agree with this analysis. The writer ignores religion at his peril. Salafist jihadism / Pan-Africanism / Globalism is evil and must be annihilated. The Russians are still Christian and see this. The analysis works from the premises that 1) Salafism is containable 2) Russia is a natural enemy to the “West” 3) something called “Europe” exists 4) the U.S. has little interest in MENA pipeline projects 5) the U.S. is “committed to keeping Europe free.” Every one of these premises is false.
Salafist ideology is not containable. Nothing is. Russia is an enemy to the West only as the West is considered by contemporary theorists — secular, technocratic, depopulating. Russia is a friend to the West as classically considered — religious, self-governed, growing. Europe exists as a geographic area, not as a sovereign entity. This is playing out now and will result in the destruction of the EU within a fairly short period of time. To say that the U.S. has little commercial or political interest in MENA pipeline projects is laughable on its face. Finally, the United States has its own issues to deal with. European nations can fix their own problems.
Plan B
This sounds great, but it will take the destruction of their religious institutions for this to occur.
“Without its exported petrodollars, ISIS will melt away.”

Update 4: Principal reason, now, that USA must exit NATO: Eurabia, led by what are now mistakenly called Germany and France.
Follow-on to NATO will be some structure with Russia and the Intermarium to keep Eurabia from heading east. Essentially, swing USA’s European force vector 180 degrees, from east to west.
That will be part of a larger structure, to include India, Mongolia and some Southeast Asian nations, to triangulate or quadrangulate China.
… unless arrogance like von der Leyen’s completely sours Trump on NATO.
May be a good chance of that happening. Germany has been on security welfare provided by USA for how long now? And she presumes to hector her benefactor. Head of NATO did as well last week.
No, NATO is obsolete. It is not 1947, nor yet 1991. von der Leyen is proving the point. I say, “You go, girl!”
