Vetting Religions And Their Adherents In A Non-Dualistic Chorus Of Sovereign Nations

Chaitanya Jyothi Museum Opening, 2000

RAMANAM
In the Name of The Father, and of The Son and of The Holy Spirit, Amen.

Countrymen,

ORBIS NON SUFFICIT
SOLUS DEUS SUFFICIT

Summary

The equal validity of humanity’s five great religions is the key to accurate vetting of religions and their adherents.

Organizations who endorse the equal validity of humanity’s five great religions should be allowed to certify clergy to our United States Armed Forces’ Chaplain Corps.

I commend consideration of the Sarva Dharma Symbol (related here) as the Uniform Insignia of our United States Armed Forces’ Chaplain Corps.

Equal Validity of Religions

God has many Names and is sought successfully through the practice of the protocols of several religions, especially humanity’s five great religions:  Hinduism, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, Islam and Christianity.(1)

These religions arose from conditions of geography, weather, human aggregation and personal taste.(2)  They are human developments intended for the refinement of human sensibility and the liberation of the human soul.  Religions are gifts of Saints and Sages to their struggling brothers and sisters. Humans emerge from and seek communion in divine grandeur.  Divinity is all that we see and all that we do not see.

Humanity’s mission is to laugh, to dance and to sing.  Each of humanity’s five great religions sets forth a set of protocols for living that, when followed, fulfills this mission.  Humanity’s five great religions are of equal validity because each comprises a complete and accurate roadmap, of and to, laughter, dance and song.(3)  Moreover, no other protocols available to humanity, and none producible by other than Saints and Sages, comprise such roadmaps.

For reasons that we will not elaborate, an individual should choose and stay with a religion or stay with their hereditary religion, the choice to be determined by their personal inclination.  One boat is chosen for crossing a river, from several that are able and ready.(4)

A human has seven mothers:  the natural mother, the mother cow,(5) the mother language, the mother country, the mother earth, the mother religion and the mother scripture.  Every religion reveres and protects these mothers.(6)  Every human owes them unending gratitude.

Vetting Organizations and Individuals

The equal validity of humanity’s five great religions is the key to accurate vetting of religions and their adherents.  One who denies the equal validity of these religions – or who is not temperate regarding the validity of humanity’s minor religions(7) — does not speak the truth and does not represent religion.  Those who do not speak the truth disrupt the peace.  Disruption of the peace on such an important matter materially harms the mother country and her constituent jurisdictions.

Thus, to deny the equal validity of humanity’s five great religions is to threaten the national security of the country in which the denial is made.  It is potentially to threaten the national security of all countries.  An organization or individual who will not endorse the equal validity of humanity’s five great religions is patently disloyal to the country in which they reside and potentially disloyal to every country.(8)

Organizations who endorse the equal validity of humanity’s five great religions should be allowed to certify clergy to our United States Armed Forces’ Chaplain Corps.

Commendation of the Sarva Dharma Symbol

In 1972, Sathya Sai Baba drew what he called the Sarva Dharma Symbol on the back of an envelope.  This Symbol is shown as rendered by my wife at the top left of this essay.  It depicts humanity’s five great religions and the divine grandeur, symbolized by a candlestick with lighted candle, which is common to all of them.  The Sarva Dharma Symbol is built on a pentagon and thus on the Divine Proportion, the universal and eternal standard of beauty and bliss.

The Sarva Dharma Symbol is in the public domain for all but commercial purposes.  I commend consideration of the Sarva Dharma Symbol as the Uniform Insignia of our United States Armed Forces’ Chaplain Corps:

Footnotes

1  Baha’i is a resurgence of Zoroastrianism, although modern Baha’is see themselves as something other than that.  Baha’is regard Baha’i as a Faith rather than a religion because to them the word religion connotes clergy and the Baha’i Faith does not include clergy.  Baha’is are showing the way for the five great religions in respect to the recognition of clergy.  So far, Baha’is are the only people of Faith who are urged by their founder in specific terms to respect the validity of the five great religions and their founders.

Buddhism derives from the Sages of Hinduism, Christianity derives from the Seers of Buddhism and Islam derives from the Prophets of Christianity.  Judaism is a body of law and custom maintained by descendants of Kashmiri ex-patriots who settled in the Near East and then scattered when their numbers and ambitions exceeded the water supply.  Judaism today is best regarded as a Unitarian Christian denomination beside Christian Science, Unitarianism, Transcendentalism, Religious Science and Theosophy.

2  Some adherents of each of the five great religions assert that their scriptures guarantee exclusive validity for their religion as against all others.  In each case, this assertion depends on a misunderstanding of their scripture.  The assertion, therefore, misrepresents the religion it claims to support.  Indeed, the assertion misrepresents religion per se.

3  St. Paul the Apostle and John Calvin the Lawyer-Theologian refer to continuous laughter, dance and song as unceasing prayer.

4  The need for single-pointed-ness, in religion as well as in life, is seized upon by weak and also by corrupt minds to serve as a basis for asserting that a religion is exclusively valid.  This assertion is fanaticism, not religion.  It bears the impulse and the call for tyranny, the practical opposite of religion.

5  Eating the cow, her mate or her offspring is matricide and cannibalism.  The greatest polluter of the environment, worldwide, is the growing, slaughtering and eating of flesh.  Humanity today is engaged in ridding the world of misogyny (aka terrorism).   Humanity’s next decision will be to rid the world of species-ism, which may be characterized as meta-terrorism and will be more difficult to eradicate than misogyny.

6  The abuse of women is the quickest-appearing evidence of the non-religious nature of behavior adherents claim is religious.  Examples of non-religious behavior include Sangria, Voodoo, Rasta, Neo-Nazis, Peyote and other drug-based behavior, WICCA, African, Asian, Caribbean and Mexican cannibalism, most African indigenous religions, and any use of animals in rituals or chemical preparations.

7  Examples of humanity’s minor religions are Shinto, Confucianism, certain Amerindian religions, Sikhism and Jainism.

8  Fanatics have no home in the chorus of sovereign nations.  Religious people live peacefully in any nation, eager to fulfill the obligations of citizenship or residency, whichever applies.

Update 3: The notion that refugees and immigrants should be admitted to a sovereign nation without caveat or demurrer is conjured by two essentials of Liberation Theology, itself a successful KGB subversion operation: precarity and what lately is called weaponized empathy (classically: scrupulosity).  Both are perversions of Christian doctrine (aka experience) with the end in view of disabling Christian civilization by eliminating citizens’ ability to tell truth from fiction and thereby defend themselves.  Moslems, Salafist and Shiite, have taken advantage of the KGB’s success removing from so many Europeans and Americans their ability to discern what is in their interest.  Socialists have gone insane from self-induced terror upon learning that more than a few Europeans and Americans retain the ability to think clearly enough to defend themselves.  The answer, as always, is hearty laughter.

Update 4: The Pope is with the Deep State, hard left and here

Update 5: But: Who Killed The Left?

Glenn Reynolds: Having won all the battles, the Left is losing the culture war.

Richard Fernandez: Because, God.
