Nothing beneficial for The USA can happen this side of an All American Party self-polymerizing, so to speak, for the purpose of softening the moral-mental constipation of D-R UniParty operations afflicting The USA’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
A new, strong political vehicle must enter on the highway, so to speak, to clear off the blocking wreckage so traffic can flow again.
A combatant political vehicle to clear the nation’s comms is indicated. Amendments to The Constitution of The USA must be among planks in their political platform.
The basic formulations of The Constitution of The USA are right for Americans who are brought up inside the structures they throw into existence. We do not need a new or different Constitution. A Constitutional Convention to write a new Constitution of The USA or rewrite the extant one is unnecessary and would be chaotic in consequence.
A nation state cannot overthrow or change her moral-mental DNA, so to speak. The basic formulations made by our Founders are in place forever. A nation’s chemistry, so to speak, does not change. Evolve, devolve, involve, yes, but a nation cannot become something different than she was at birth.
The basic formulations comprising The Constitution of The USA are open to amendment by way of processes The Constitution specifies. The Framers anticipated ongoing desirabilities for amending The Constitution of The USA to advantage The USA’s sovereignty and territorial integrity across always-new conditions thrown into existence by creaturely activity.
I want to mention now five constitutional amendments and one scouring action. More probably later. These I offer as for experiment. I am not The Burning Bush.
First, a family comprises one biological man and one biological woman bound together in charity with the children, biological boys and/or biological girls, they conceive and raise together. A famjily is the inalienable land-base, the real wealth of a town or city, a county, a state, a government, and a nation. The gender of a person is that which their anatomy announces during their birth.
Second, votes are counted in the precinct where they are cast. County officials tabulate vote totals arrived at from counts done by precinct officials, not vote totals arrived at from counts done by county officials. State officials report out vote totals given by precinct officials through county officials. Precinct officials have standing to challenge vote counts of their precinct reported out by county or state officials.
Third:
- US Senators are appointed by their state’s legislature, not elected by their state’s popular vote, and may serve a life-time total of two terms of five years each. US Senators are subject to recall by their state’s popular vote as well as to impeachment as specified in The Constitution of The USA.
- US Representatives are elected by their district’s popular vote and may serve a life-time total of two terms of seven years each. US Representatives are subject to recall by their district’s popular vote as well as to impeachment as specified by The Constitution of The USA.

Fifth, an amendment making homosexuality and abortion neither legal nor illegal at the federal level, exclusively a state regulatory matter, and in any case preferably and advisedly simply unthinkable. The nation can maintain neither sovereignty nor territorial integrity if her citizens do not make homes each led by a spousal team, a man and a woman, as well as numbers of engineers having skills sufficient to the nation’s needs.
Sixth, repeal or nullifying Amendment 16 and nullifying Amendment 17, the latter per the foregoing. These actions are pursuant to a general, legal repositioning of MICIMATT oligarchs somewhere south of MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE.
