A new dispensation of Divine Grace is among us. It is neither better nor different from previous ones but is of the same source as they. Men forget themselves. From time to time they need reminding. The dispensations of Divine Grace always pronounce as corporeality in some forms or other. At present, Divine Grace is pronouncing, among other ways, as the emergence of multipolar geopolitics and the disappearance of monopolar geopolitics.

What fine opportunities for expansion of the five professions — Theology, Medicine, Warfighting, Law, Pedagogy — as well as the several occupations — e.g., Fine Arts, Business, Industry, and Civil Governance — exist on this de-globalized, post-dollar hegemony, multipolar, multivariance, indivisibly securitized surface of the nations’ common home, spaceship earth? Leaders are asking this question.

For example: the US COCOMs were made for a unipolar world, dollar-denominated. In a multipolar world, COCOM organizations, such as I have rearranged/named them (see above), by rational geography regions rather than by military functions (see above), would be agreed and maintained, at their discretion, on the home soils of three brother nations plus two, making five brother nations altogether: India, USA, Russia, plus Japan and Egypt.

The Solar Force are Joint Forces — uniting Diplomacy, Finance, and War-Fighting — trained by each of the five brother nations from their own citizens and ready for deployment to one or more of the COCOMs. The five brother nations’ foreign outposts would be vacated and sold or handed back to locals. Each of the five brother nations’ COCOM organizations, such as they desire to stand them up, operates under their own independent, national command while all five agree on the geography of each of the nine COCOMs.

The five brother nations share a common mission in each of the nine COCOMs: maintain free, fair, and safe lines of communication between all nations who desire them.

Penta-Force (military) Branches base in their home countries. No fixed foreign posts. To the extent a nation desires and can afford it, units of their Penta-Force are designed for victory in the geographic conditions of the nine COCOMs. A BCT(s) for arctic, a BCT(s) for steppe, a BCT(s) for desert, a BCT(s) for sea, a BCT(s) for jungle, etc. Ditto at the BN-TF level.

Land mission always governs Penta-Force and Joint Force operations.

So the COCOMs continue to exist — albeit redefined to rational geography regions — but as joint responsibilities of the five brother nations, India, USA, Russia, Japan, Egypt: (1) each with their own command, (2) on a common mission, and (3) conducted from their home soils . . . unless an expedition needs to go forth to smarten up some idiot.

Standing garrisons — including carrier battle groups — around the world are insane in a weapons environment comprising hypersonic artillery and torpedos. Likewise, where tanks used to lead infantry, now infantry screen tanks. The King of Battle — artillery — is once again The King of Battle . . . but as stand-off, high-precision, hyper-long-ranger, and often hyper-sonic rocketry. Furthermore, battle is not joined at all except as a net-centric Penta-Force (Space, Air, Cyber [Word], Sea, Land).

Multipolarity is a fait accompli. Leaders are thinking of opportunities multipolarity presents rather than hoping to reverse it or waiting timidly to see if it is true. Ukraine is the little game. The big game is removal of dollar hegemony and with it a class of Euro-American Fascists — Neocons, Ashkenazy Jewish Atheists, Vatican swindlers, modern Pharisees — from their thieving, murderous influence over the nations’ affairs. This is what is a fait accompli, the big game. The little game is proving the point.

Principle I

The United States have no interest in the domestic affairs of other countries and expect other countries to reciprocate by having no interest in our domestic affairs. The United States have interest in the lines of communication running between The United States and all other countries and expect all other countries to bear fairly the burden of keeping those lines open, safe, reliable, fair, and clean.

Principle II

The United States welcome alliance with our brother nations India and Russia for enforcement, from their perspective, of the ground of statecraft set forth in Principle I and urge Japan and Egypt to join us for that endeavor and commitment.

Principle III

An order to deploy which lacks or frustrates intent to compel a target to sign a declaration of unconditional surrender is an unlawful order by the Rules of Just War, the Conventions of War, Common Sense, and the Spirit of America. An order to deploy conveys this intent to the Commanding Officer: win this war / battle in a timely manner or do not come back alive.
