Events are moving quickly. The teleology of history has taken a decisive veer in direction, ever more forwards and upwards. Detritus from the former trajectory, grasping for monopolar uniformity — the gulag for everyone — has been abandoned to self-destruction. History moves inexorably towards fulfillment of all potentialities. This is the teleology of history. Teilhard observes the teleology of history as Christogenesis, moving as Noogenesis, through Cosmogenesis, towards Omega Point (Godhead as Universe and still more). Oetinger observes the teleology of history as the ways of God which consummate in corporeality.
Russia — with The United States acting as bad guy in this monitory drama (without a bad guy there is no drama, monitory or not) — just set among humanity a fresh vector of history in that very direction, towards additional consummation of the nations’ powers, which are God’s powers.
I would not be surprised if Poland and Romania decide they are safer without American bases and weapons than with them. Who wants to work with a degenerate thief, who confiscates your piggybank upon a whim to pay for their degenerate habits and customs, and blackmails you with the threat of doing so? Lavrov says truly, nations in today’s circumstances do not talk to one another that way, not with this weaponry and its reach.
I would not be surprised if even the Chinese go along with the concept of multipolar unity among the sovereign nations. They too have seen the demonstrations of weaponry and reach (also here) and cannot help but be sobered by them.
Wealth is in commodities, not finance. China can be humble or be hacked up. Her financial muscle is not true wealth, not even with a huge military sitting over it. True wealth is a physical economy, commodities and products, and a military stacked up over that to protect its physical borders. A financial economy, monies and derivatives — which do not go bang and today are mere paper and pixels — is speculative wealth having no borders and therefore being attractive to the fantasy life of degenerates.
China can make products but she does not have commodities in the scale of a great power. She has to be humble in a commodity-driven wealth environment, which every wealth environment actually is. Or, she can try to “take Baku,” as Hitler wanted to do, and some other places as well, in which case she has to fight Russia and some other sovereign states.
