When opportunity presents to remove them from the public square and public dole, throw them away, consign their properties to the public treasury, and carry on with normal living in human history. They deserve no mercy, they who have left everything except their own perversity.

Legal is one thing. Lawful is another. The essence of perversity is to send what is legal against what is lawful. What is just and decent is lawful, and what is lawful never changes. The legal can be made to approximate the lawful. But it also can be made to applaud the lawless. Perversity can be made legal, but it cannot be made lawful.* What is legal may not be lawful. Theologians and Philosophers, Saints and Sages, have remarked this phenomenon — this corporeality of God — for millennia. Spend time dwelling on what is lawful, not on what is legal, because what is legal changes while what is lawful abides. Perverse men wish for what is legal. God and good men wish for what is lawful. To be on the safe side, wish for what is lawful.
