The All American Party Platform II: Acts To Repeal

Scimus autem quoniam diligentibus Deum omnia cooperantur in bonum, iis qui secundum propositum vocati sunt sancti. And we know that to them that love God, all things work together unto good, to such as, according to his purpose, are called to be saints.

Progressive means sadistic pervert.

The Progressive Agenda is one of lawfare, especially at the federal level: pass Acts to achieve ever more detailed control of people’s lives — and opportunities for civil and criminal complaints, aka attorney make-work. This way, there are no great dictators against whom to rebel, no distinct bad guys, just a confusing, diffuse miasma of laws and administrative decisions enforced, refined, amplified, often on the fly, by fleeting, recurring, often invisible interpreters, expounders, and thugs, many lawyers among them. Everything legal and above board, so to speak. Who could object?

Also, who could want to defend such an arrangement? At least, who with dignity, intelligence, and love for order? Progressives’ Agenda for Control makes a condition of life, a state of the nation — vast, un-mitigable lawfare — no clear-headed person would die for.

The drive to micromanage human existence travels Progressives’ Agenda from the apparent respectability of a Woodrow Wilson to the patent and savage perversity of an Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, from micromanaging a country’s currency to micromanaging an entire country’s existence minute-by-minute.

Details of controlling reach increase in number and breadth over time as the Acts, federal and state, pile up. However, the pattern persists from the start: pass Acts and then more Acts until the whole world is tightly mewed up and no one remembers how that happened or has in view anyone specific to blame for it. All legal and above board, so to speak? This is lawfare.

The Progressive Agenda in The United States commenced in earnest upon Union victory in The Civil War Between The States. It’s roots are Yankee-Unitarian / Transcendental and Pennsylvania / Ohio-Quaker. Almost all Western Latin churches today, including Roman Catholic, espouse the Progressive Control Agenda. Moravians do not, so far. Note, linked below, the blizzard of federal Civil Rights Acts passed and amended from 1866 onward. This is lawfare.

Progressive means sadistic pervert.

If you want to throw over the Deep State, the Nanny State, the Progressive Lawfare Agenda, you must repeal its enabling Acts. Not amend, repeal. Try doing that and angry legions of lawyers will descend on your person to remove its competence.

What have you got to lose? In any case, there is a Platform Plank of The All American Party, successor to the Republican Party and counter to the D-R UniParty.

No need for a constitutional convention — would only make feasting for lawyers to invent more lawfare — just sign repeals of these mounds (below) of obsolete, ill-advised, or monstrous Acts dating from as far back as 1866. Start over and act like a man.

When afflicted by lawfare, repeal Acts that occasion and generate it. Deploy and savor the Law of Expansion. Grow up, throw away fear. Rely on Sai. If something is not working out for you, you are thinking small. Think big, then bigger, and bigger still. Be grand.

Take on what you cannot handle, not what you can. Expand your field of vision, then expand it more, then more, until you take in, until you see and grasp, everything important through a single Coup d’œil. The truth is inside, not outside.

You have to grow up to do this. Anyone who has not grown up by the age of thirty never will, save by special divine intervention. A person’s native powers max out at age thirty. After that they have less and less ability to get clear of attachment and grief and onto the fields of innate freedom.

A host of federal Acts stands ready for
repeal by Congress and signature by POTUS.
Do not try to throttle back their use. Repeal them.

. . . it is a long but definite list, though hardly exhaustive . . . .  Yet as is, a target-rich environment, as they say.  Note the plethora of micromanagement control bunched during the POTUS Johnson-to-Carter period, 1963-1981, two Democrats and two Republicans.  This is the time-frame when Americans’ government — all three branches — stomped down the accelerator on making everything a federal case abusing Americans with lawfare.  That abuse continues now in overdrive, Americans abused with lawfare by their own government acting as the singular, sovereign agent over Americans and God knows whom else.  This is behavior of permanently petulant juveniles, and not Americans.  This is lawfare.

Here is an Republican All American Party Platform Plank:
repeal these obsolete, ill-advised, or monstrous Acts.
Start over and act like a man.

Morale is to materiel as three is to one.
Character is to law as fifty is to ten.
Law of Expansion.

Patent it is that courts and executive departments and agencies will not throw off the Progressive Control Agenda (Deep / Nanny / Progressive State). The reason is that the foundation for their activities are Acts passed by successive Congresses and signed by successive Presidents. Courts and executive departments merely build on those foundations. It’s their job. That what they build they come to deploy as siege engines against their own and others’ countrymen should be unremarkable given the foundations given them to build on.

Blow the foundations and the siege engines collapse into the craters. Repeal the Acts. Removing regulations is not enough because the Acts that enable them remain in place. Repeal the Acts. Then we are getting somewhere. Then Americans can build new foundations, and new structures above them, which answer current needs in current circumstances. Blow the foundations supporting the abuse. Repeal the Acts. Let The All American Party (TEA Party / Trump Movement) polymerize around that agenda and its correlates.

An easier way than individually repealing acts might be to pass an amendment stating that all acts of congress are null and void after 10 years unless specifically and individually reauthorized.

David R. Graham to Scott
A most appealing idea. Thank you! True it is that legislation in its very nature should be sunset after a decent interval. Decent to be decided. But a decade appeals to me as the maximum duration deserving an assessment of decent. Circumstances change dramatically over any decade’s run, and legitimacy of legislation should endure accordingly. Again, thank you!

Agenda 21, UNCED, 1992

Principle I

The United States have no interest in the domestic affairs of other countries and expect other countries to reciprocate by having no interest in our domestic affairs. The United States have interest in the lines of communication running between The United States and all other countries and expect all other countries to bear fairly the burden of keeping those lines open, safe, reliable, fair, and clean.

Principle II

The United States welcome alliance with our brother nations India and Russia for enforcement, from their perspective, of the ground of statecraft set forth in Principle I and urge Japan and Egypt to join us for that endeavor and commitment.

Principle III

An order to deploy which lacks or frustrates intent to compel a target to sign a declaration of unconditional surrender is an unlawful order by the Rules of Just War, the Conventions of War, Common Sense, and the Spirit of America. An order to deploy conveys this intent to the Commanding Officer: win this war / battle in a timely manner or do not come back alive.

All your charity and worship are of no significance to the Lord. Show your charity and wealth to the income tax department. God needs only your love. There is no tax on love. Some sit in dhyana (meditation), but their minds are in the market or in the hairdressing shop. Is this dhyana or japa (repetition of the Divine Name)? The mind should be immersed in Krishna. Instead, it is filled with trishna (desires). What is needed is Krishna, not trishna.  Krishna will fulfill all your trishnas.  Dear Devotees! Mere chanting of the Lord’s name is not enough. Offer your love to God. Love is not your property. In fact, it is the property of God. Surrender to God what is His. What is the use of a long life without this offering? You have no right to offer your love to anyone other than God. When you offer all your love to God, He will look after all your needs.
