Exploring Biodigital Convergence

I responded:

You know how many times I have heard this language regarding some latest tech someone wants to use to frighten / control / fleece everyone else?  Throughout 78 years, “let me count the ways,” to mis-use the great EBBrowning.

It’s called idolatry.  It is as old as the hills, maybe older: demanding awe / worship of a product of human fabrication, and always for the purpose of frighting and fleecing humans, being strong on them.  They always say it is for our benefit.  They always know it is not.  And it never is.  But, promoting it induces the gullible to part with their treasure, first and foremost their intellect, at least awhile.

The human being is already a vastly superior biodigital organism — I prefer electro-chemical generating plant — already the pinnacle of progressive evolution.  Nothing more by way of evolution is coming from this line, which is inherently finite and infinite altogether.

A true scientist, such as Nicola Tesla or Bucky Fuller, looks for ways to externalize / commoditize inherent human tech, not ways to impose man-made tech on an already vastly superior and perfectly evolved biodigital human organism.

These people are stupid, like all idolaters throughout history.

People should realise that service is the passport to leadership. Hence, in the service organizations, no distinction of high or low should be permitted and all should be invited to take part in service. In fact, human birth is intended for service. Whatever other accomplishments one may have, they are not equal to the joy to be derived from rendering selfless service. Hanuman, who was powerful, courageous and great in so many ways, was content to describe himself as a servant of Rama when he was asked in Lanka who he was. You may realise from his example what a great thing it is to be a servant of God. The Lord of all the worlds, Sri Krishna, was willing to serve as the charioteer of Arjuna. The attitude of service has always been dear to the Lord. All Sai sevaks should at the outset cultivate the feeling that they are all sparks of the Divine. Only then will they be able to render service wholeheartedly.
