For decades I looked for the proverbial belly of the beast, that critical point at which a successful attack would kill the beast instead of wounding her. That the country is hag-ridden by an ogress is obvious. But she has powers of regeneration, so a wound will merely enrage her the more, make her more vicious and destructive. Thus the search for that one point which, when struck, actually kills the beast so we can get on with doing what makes us happy.
Upon reading the story yesterday out of West Virginia, that the state will transfer a student’s seat-time funds (FTE) to an education-of-choice fund set up by the student’s parents, I said to myself, “That’s it! That’s the belly of the beast! The teachers union!” Then I remembered: decades ago, when Albert Shanker was organizing teachers, I was thinking, “This is really, really bad, very destructive, disrespectful of everyone.”
Everything sad and diminishing in USA today is coming from the teachers unions and the professoriate. Clergy, whose fault the sorrow really is, shunted their responsibilities to pedagogues over a century ago. So for a long time now those pedagogues are the belly of the beast.
Defund the schools as you did the churches and synagogues — for abandoning their responsibilities — and the hag withers from that blow to her belly. Deprive her of energy (money).
It is said Donald Trump got bad people to self-expose. He got the big ogress to expose her ugly belly to successful attack.
I want to highlight two sentences in Swami’s address, which is referenced below:
The cosmos is not one continuous flux.
and
It progresses persistently toward achieving a totality in the qualities and circumstances.
Teilhard describes the phenomenology of that progress as Christogenesis, making Cosmogenesis Christogenesis. Kandinsky describes the persistence of that progress as Inner Necessity. Tillich describes a totality in qualities and circumstances as The Telos of History and its corporeality as The Religion Of The Concrete Spirit.
All refute the silly notion informing modernism / post-modernism: that the universe, history, society, and persons are more-or-less perpetual scatter hives of indiscriminate chaos — flux — which phenomenon itself, ironically, and did it exist, would be a unity — of chaos — making unity and its companion — purpose / telos — inevitable, erasing chaos.
It is impossible to deny — and be believed — that cosmos is genetic and that Cosmogenesis is Christogenesis. Denial affirms its object in order to have an object to deny. This phenomenon is difficult for snotty snobs to understand.
Achieving a totality in the qualities and circumstances — to include therein chaos — should be the objective of each of us and of the nations. Each of us should experience truly being made from / of / for everything. This is what makes us happy. Being that grand.
Each has its own dharma or innate specialty, individuality, or love characteristics. This rule applies equally to blades of grass and the stars. The cosmos is not one continuous flux. It progresses persistently toward achieving a totality in the qualities and circumstances. One can also transform oneself from the present status through self effort and discrimination. The moral forces permeating the cosmos will certainly promote our achievement. But people are too immersed in the all-pervasive delusion to take advantage of these and elevate themselves. They are not aware of the path of peace and harmony in the world. They are not able to hold on to the good and avoid the bad. They can’t establish themselves in the dharmic path. “That” from which the manifested cosmos emanated, with its moving and unmoving entities; “That” which prompts, promotes and fosters their progress; “That” in which they ultimately merge — know “That” as Brahman.

Donald Trump won the 2020 election for POTUS going away. He is POTUS until 20 January 2025 and presently in exile. That is the truth. Just stick to it and all will be well.
