Live Up To Your Role, Soldier: Letter To A Friend

One God – One World
One Race – One Caste

I write to urge you to consider offering to serve your country and countrymen through an elected American civilian executive office.  Wherever you live now — I do not know where — the responsibilities of large city mayor, state governor, and/or POTUS are easily within the force of your character and skill sets to discharge well and faithfully.

Americans and America — and citizens of other countries — are happiest, most cheerful, when stewardship of their affairs rests in the hands of their military retirees and other veterans of military service.  Our best civilian leaders have been veterans of military service.  Career politicians Americans do not trust and respect. Career military officers and enlisted, and even those who just served a hitch in uniform, Americans do trust and respect.  We know instinctively that military training — especially such as yours at West Point before 2009 — conduces to good character and that good character conduces to civil tranquility and moderation.  This feeling started around Americans’ first POTUS.  It is also human nature.

The qualities resident in leadership families matter.  Good character tops the list.  Party does not really matter.  That would be your preference.  At the moment, Democrats heave and sigh under the thrall of criminally-minded families more than do Republicans.  However, both parties stand today in pleading for scions of proper American leadership families to conduct governance of our country.  Good governance proceeds from good character.

You are such.

Furthermore, you live in a gold-mine of retired Officers and Enlisted Soldiers, as well as civilian former military personnel of good character, who would be eager to support and staff your decisions in this regard.

Morally and mentally, persons of military training and experience are best prepared and best able to steward their country’s affairs.  The Soldier — not the Clergy, Doctor, Teacher, Lawyer, or Businessman — has inner structure of personality and proclivity suited best to lead nations and govern men, women, and children.

You belong to a fine American leadership family.  I urge you, treasured friend, to consider deploying your treasure in service to your countrymen and country — and indirectly, to citizens of other nations — as an elected American senior civilian executive.

Remember in what spirit Hanuman, the monkey, served Sri Rama. Hanuman has been described as ‘tranquil, virtuous and strong.’ Such a person, when he was on a tree in the Ashokavana in Lanka, was questioned by the rakshasas (demons) as to who he was and where from he had come. Hanuman replied: “Dasoham Kausalendrasya (I am the servant of Sri Rama, the Son of Kausalya)”. He did not boast about his valour or knowledge. He was content to describe himself as the humble and devoted servant of Rama. Bear in mind the maxim, “Without being a kinkara (one who is ready to carry out the Lord’s command), you cannot become Shankara (Divine).” You have to transform your life through service. You should give no room for arrogance or self-interest to the slightest extent in your service activities. Install in your heart the feeling that the service you render to anyone is service to God. Only then does service to man become service to Madhava (God).

Βασιλεία του Θεού

Donald Trump won the election going away. He is POTUS until 20 January 2025. Joe Biden will never be POTUS, nor will Kamala Harris. They did not win this election and Kamala will not win an election for POTUS. Stealing an election is not winning an election. What is stolen never belongs to the one who stole it. That is the truth. Just stick to it and all will be well.
