Restore the Hashemites to the Throne of Mecca.

This will result in gradual restoration of Hashemite authority throughout Arabia Deserta, to include the Nedj (Eastern Arabia, area of the Sauds and Wahabis), which is proper.

From The Columbia Encyclopedia, this is an excellent précis of the reason for Arab disquiet, with the solution implied as stated above:

Following the fall (1258) of the caliphate of Baghdad, Hejaz came under Egyptian control. In 1517 it came under Turkish suzerainty, although nominal rule remained in the hands of the Hashemite sherifs of Mecca. In the early 19th cent. Hejaz was raided by the Wahhabis; peace was restored in 1817 by the governor of Egypt. After 1845, Hejaz came again under direct Turkish control. To improve communications, the Turks built the Hejaz railway (completed 1908) from Damascus to Medina; it was severely damaged during World War I and later abandoned. The Hejaz was in 1916 proclaimed independent by Husayn ibn Ali, the sherif of Mecca, who with the aid of T. E. Lawrence destroyed Turkish authority. Husayn was himself defeated in 1924 by Ibn Saud, ruler of Nejd and founder of Saudi Arabia, who annexed his domain. The formal union of Hejaz and Nejd into Saudi Arabia was proclaimed in 1932.

Unmentioned in that entry is that the elevation of the Sauds/Wahhabis over the Hashemites, the traditional and only legitimate governing authority in Arabia Deserta (to include Iraq), was the work of the British Foreign Office, over the strongest possible objections of the British Royal Army (and not only from Lawrence), in support of the fueling interests of the East India Company: coal and oil for their merchant fleet and its protector, the British Royal Navy.

With Eastern Arabia (Wahhabis/Sauds) under Hashemite control, Wahhabis will lack oil revenue (from the Sauds, who support them, notwithstanding public relations efforts to hide the fact) so their horror will cease. Also, the encirclement of the Ayatollahs in Tehran will be complete, something they see coming and which they are scampering to answer preemptively with nuclear blackmail and/or devastation, it matters not to them.

With the Ayatollahs surrounded, North Korea will cave.

Then focus can be put on resolving the major worldwide instigator of disharmony and horror: the War Lords of China.
