An embodiment of evil sits in the dock, manifesting his nature, and half or more of the citizens of our nation, and all the media of record, plus George Soros, Teresa Kerry and Michael Moore, want him to beat the rap by impugning his accusers, one in particular. Never mind the time, money, energy and lives expended, even parsimoniously, to get him in the dock. In this circumstance, estimating the survivability of virtue, liberty and an auspicious destiny in the Middle East/Africa cesspool feels like a virus felt estimating its survivability in the volcanic chaos which, in truth, was orders of development from the primordial inferno. George W. Bush may be stupid, Paul Wolfowitz may be megalomaniacal, Don Rumsfeld may be tyrannical and Dick Cheney may be venal, but, my oh my, do they have courage and strength of mind — and they are not even dirt bags!
