Countrymen,

Privacy and National Security are an inalienable polarity. They are a polarity indigenous to the structure of culture, which structure is derived from the structure of existence, which comprises several polarities.

The elements of a polarity require one another for either one to exist. One element of a polarity is not able to exist without the other. Thus a polarity is actually a unity of elements that appear to conflict but cannot be separated or alienated from one another. Each requires the other to exist.

The elements of polarities exist in peace. Any emphasis on disharmony or conflict between the elements of polarities acts counter the interests of culture, humanity and existence itself.

Polarities comprise the structure of existence. They also comprise the structure of culture, which derives from the structure of existence.

The polarity of Privacy and National Security, a polarity of the structure of culture, derives from a polarity of the structure of existence: the polarity of Freedom and Destiny.
