I do not know how to put this, and this book review sort of reinforces the feeling — premonition, over-the-horizon radar contacts, whatever it is/they are — I seem to be experiencing . . . but: an entire species of American personal and institutional fabrication is being measured for consignment to the graving dock, partly perhaps because it just would not do its job, respond to facts, and partly perhaps because it was just time to freshen up the nation.
I do not know. And probably that is not the best way to put it. But I have lived long enough to trust there to be an objective referent to what my feminine intuition senses directly, even if my expression of its lineaments is garbled, confusing.
This is more than 1968. That was a crew change. This is a decommissioning and graving while a different crew builds and anticipates launching a new ship altogether, yet American to the core, meaning, self-organized, seaworthy, and fair. Otherwise why would a Lawfare minion (!) even approach a confessional much less enter one to engage in its raison d’être, however motivated?
The humble of this earth are owed so much wealth by the proud of this earth — who also are its perverts — as would transport them near or into heart failure should it ever be delivered to them in bulk. Truly, only the humble are qualified and know how to handle the dangerous power of wealth.

It is reported that Russia closed her border with China on 01JAN20. Now, if that report is accurate, if Russian intel knew that early and Russian political leaders responded that properly, that means every decent-scale intel agency in the world knew that early, at least, and it means that those countries’ political leaders were not told, elected to shine it on for one reason and another, and/or had not available for their consideration wise measure of response.
In any case, it means every decent-scale intel agency in the world is neither serious, patriotic, nor competent. Not to mention their corresponding nations’ political leaders. Terrific.
I wonder whether an intel agency — unless its chain of command is military — by definition missions itself for itself and not for anyone else. Is not that the inner meaning of insight into the USG IC that Mike Flynn shares?

Posit: the present viral pandemic is an example of state-sponsored warfare, either in full or, perhaps more likely at this time, as a probe (test) of enemy abilities and counter-responses. How would leaders of the sponsoring state be looking at this phenomenon? For what would they be looking? What results likely would please them?
Posit: broadcast of the new Wuhan virus, named after the year 2019 and originating apparently at China’s one P4 biosafety laboratory, located in Wuhan, China, is a CCP/PLA bio-warfare test (probe) at least. This shall be the premise of our explorations. Like all premises, it guides the explorations more and less. Is the premise supportable or not?
BLUF: I think it is. I believe the following facts, such as they can be learned and/or divined — sussed out from tendentious, ignorant, and/or incomplete reports in the public domain — support that assessment.
News of the Wuhan virus emerged one week or less after President Trump compelled ChiComs to sign a trade deal staging with and towards fairness in bilateral communications.
News hounds reporters, especially corporate reporters and pundits propagandists, are paid to represent persons controlling large-scale operations, both GO and NGO, almost all of which posture against Americans one way and another.
ChiComs, Euro-American Socialists, and Arab/Pan-Africans are known instigators and sometimes owners, hidden or visible, of corporate media, aka news and entertainment. Media/entertainment operators — publishers, produces, editors, directors, reporters, propagandists, advocates (aka acts) — see their role in business and life as herding American opinion and action this way or that.
The Wuhan virus’ appearance shortly after the Chinese lost face, they think, on a trade deal, cannot be a coincidence.
Early and persistent indications placed origin of the virus at Wuhan, China, where sits China’s one P4 biosafety laboratory.
US academe and government is chock-a-block with Chinese students and technicians, absorbing Americans’ accomplishments and monies. This includes in American biosafety laboratories, civilian and military.
CCP and its military arm, PLA, conduct hegemony expansion operations, research, and development on such as scale as to preclude recognition by any except sycophants. Moreover, the manner of this expansion indicates intent to colonize and not merely control lands and especially communications hubs presently outside China’s borders. Their thought appears to be for expanding Chinese Lebensraum more than merely Chinese Influence.
Public behavior of Chinese on the US West Coast — say, Western Washington — supports that assessment. In ones, twos, or groups, Chinese — clearly nationals — move about as if only Chinese are present and only Chinese interests need serving. Intent to be Americans does not exist among these personalities. In their own minds, they are colonizers and Americans are as good as gone. The place is for them, no one else. After all, there are too many of them back home and the place reeks.
They need to become the sole population of other regions of the globe’s surface, depths, and firmaments in order to have enough room for themselves to be as they want to be. Their body language says, You are not here, we are, away with you, out of our country you go. One way and another we make that happen.
The Wuhan virus is a method for accomplishing that purpose. That it was released in Wuhan itself suggests one of two possibilities: mistake, intention. The foregoing considerations incline me to accept the release as intentional.
The intending party would be a personality at the P4 facility or, more likely, a CCP authority on local or, more likely, national authority. It could be a personality who is both. In either case, release indicates the virus was developed not only, as is typical of P4 laboratories, as a base for developing antidotes to it — assuming the virus per se was discovered and perhaps engineered elsewhere (Saudi Arabia, perhaps) — but also now as a Wuhan, China-engineered bio-weapon.
The virus appears most to affect elderly persons and especially elderly men, and especially those with underlying diseases.
CCP/PLA could have several reasons for wanting to release the virus at Wuhan itself, to include all of the following together:
1- cull the Chinese interior population, especially of elderly men,
2- assess American and other nations’ vulnerabilities,
3- track for effective and/or rapid pandemic deployment techniques and media/pathways
4- cull the elderly (tradition/wisdom-bearing) populations generally, especially men, and in specific nation targets,
5- assess American and other nations’ pandemic and other defense measures.
Even if the release was a mistake, one must assume CCP/PLA command cadres capitalized on it quickly by adopting one or more of the foregoing rationales as if the release had been intentional.
Target nations appear to be China herself, Korea, Japan, Iran, Australia, Italy, and USA. Chinese food chain (filthy), diet (low selenium), and hygiene (atrocious) make Chinese interior populations vulnerable to viral infection generally. This one appears as engineered to exploit that condition.
With caveats in place regarding the news, reported infection hot-spots are, at the moment, China, Korea, Japan, Iran, Australia, and Italy. Absent from the list are Taiwan and most Southeast Asian nations. At the moment, according to the news . . . those are the caveats.
Korea borders China. Japan effectively so. Iran is a focus of Chinese strategic interest buffered geographically against China by nations China easily could walk over and already is seducing into submission to her strategic communications initiative (Belt and Road). Chinese have colonized Australia, which flanks India and Singapore, and Italy is the western terminus of the ancient Silk Road CCP/PLA are rebuilding and repurposing to colonize other countries move Chinese populations easily around in order to extirpate and replace native ones in countries they want. The West Coast of North America is colonized by Chinese nationals and subservient, at institutional levels, to their demands. Stewards of those institutions do not realize, or feel safe ignoring, that their Chinese neighbors nurse visions of American institutional and personal extirpation altogether.
The virus does its best work, so far, apparently, in regions of the globe both rich in natural facilities and resources and relatively easily reachable by Chinese populations sent to replace local ones. It also appears to be traveling more by networks than by geographies, so-called transnational glitterati especially, which is ironic.
Chinese have depleted the fertility of their own country and race. They know only how to deplete. They want only to deplete. Depleting wealth, to Chinese, is a sign of potency, of prestige. This is a cultural thing. It has geopolitical consequences happy for no one, including Chinese. The most numerous buyers of hyper-expensive wines and liquors in the USA are Chinese.
What are generals and colonels on Chinese general staffs and secretaries in Chinese bureaucracies seeing in the phenomenology of their virus propagation? What do they want to track? What in Wuhan virus’ career is making them happy.
They are tracking national responses and infection pathways in order to measure vulnerabilities in the defense structures and residual powers in the offense structures of nations Chinese long since intend to make Chinese and are in train of doing . . . in their minds. Such nations would be those most easily (1) accessible to saturation by Chinese invaders, and (2) nearest communication nodes CCP/PLA leaders consider essential to their own maintenance.
Government functionaries invariably self-mission for self-maintenance and little or nothing more than that.
Chinese intentions — and culturally, there is no difference between CCP/PLA leaders and non-Christian Chinese generally — are visible as their posture and activities in countries whose populations they want to replace and have for themselves alone: Get away from me and get out of here. This is an a-historical ambition.
A country and her citizens go together and are regularized by their Constitution. A country, herself, the land, herself, has a say in the destiny of her citizens. The nation state is the religious, cultural, moral, political, and economic prime mover of history. Visions, dreams, ideals, ambitions, rules, parties, manifestos, and self-selected leaders are nations’ and history’s consumables.
Devotees should consider the body as the field and good deeds as seeds and cultivate the name of the Lord, with the help of the heart as the farmer, in order to get the harvest, the Lord Himself. How can one get the crop without cultivation? Like cream in milk and fire in fuel, the Lord is in everything. Have full faith in this. As the milk, so the cream; as the fuel, so the fire; so also, as the spiritual discipline, so the direct experience (sakshatkara) of the Lord, right? Even if the attainment of liberation (mukti) isn’t directly realised as a consequence of taking up the Lord’s name, four fruits will clearly be evident to everyone who sincerely does the sadhana: 1. Company of the good and godly 2. Truth 3. Contentment and 4. Control of the senses. Through whichever of these gates one enters, whether one is a householder, recluse, or a member of any other class, one can reach the Lord without fail. This is certain.
