RAMANAM
In the Name of The Father, and of The Son and of The Holy Spirit, Amen.
Countrymen,
ORBIS NON SUFFICIT
SOLUS DEUS SUFFICIT
English knowledge derives from Greek gnosis which derives from Sanskrit jnanam.
Knowledge is not data. Data is useful and necessary and never comprises knowledge.
Knowledge is ecstatic union of subject and object comprising all four types of love in one moment/movement of experience:
libido (love for an inferior), philia (love for an equal, eros (love for a superior) and agape (love without thought of self).
Data is materially useful and existentially superficial. The material matters. The existential molds.
Man’s very being yearns for existential grandeur. Data cannot satisfy that yearning. Only knowledge can, ecstatic union with the object of his yearning.
Sublimation in ecstasy of the subject-object split.
