RAMANAM
In the Name of The Father, and of The Son and of The Holy Spirit, Amen.
Countrymen,
ORBIS NON SUFFICIT
SOLUS DEUS SUFFICIT
The Church is always looking for a fight.
The Church’s main enemy is religion.
The gates of hell are the Anti-Christ breeding inside religious or faith-based institutions.
Nations belong in defense posture unless attacked. The Church is always in offense posture.

Bill Coleman, below, is right, Steve, you have mis-characterized Jones’ words and point. You’re drawing an implication from them, probably accurate, but you’re not highlighting the point Jones is making, which is that Trump is eminently electable and Ds should not make the same mistakes Rs made who opposed him. He is, as Coleman says, passionate. He also is precise and I would say thorough and accurate in his thesis.
Notwithstanding, there is the phenomenon, widely observable, of leadership of the poor knowing their position depends on keeping the poor resentful and angry at some straw-man or other. Jones beds among such leadership, for sure. In Iraq al Sadr is infamous for Reichstag Fire-type operations that kill his followers.
Some have argued, IIRC, that Great Society legislation was a KKK operation — I’m sure it was also KGB — to prevent Northern urban blacks from developing religious, moral and cultural strength sufficient to produce credible national leadership by bringing those blacks into the chains of impoverished dependency. In any case that is what happened, and if it was the plan, it worked. (The KGB angle was to paralyze the country as a whole by creating, through Great Society legislation, epicenters of moral and intellectual chaos, namely, Northern urban blacks.)
(The Fraud, as all know, is not a Northern urban black, not by genetics, not by religion or culture. He had no contact with effects of Great Society legislation. Neither do his kids. Whatever his genetics, morals and religion, culturally he is a privileged Midwestern, Pacific and Pacific Northwestern white: The Chosen One.)

Update 2: Now this is significant, about Hirsi Ali, discussing Donald Trump. I have always been suspicious of this girl. A self-promoter is always insane, and a liar.
Update 3: Maureen Callahan: Everything Today Is A Lie
Update 4: Post and, at length, comments deal with The Fraud as black and electoral dynamics thereabouts. But, as is known, The Fraud is not black socially, intellectually or any other way. He has one African biological parent, apparently, but that is not black as Americans uses the word. His every other and salient aspect is white, as Americans use the word. And socially he descends from the self-satisfied, hyper-sexed, hyper-active monied orbits of the CIA and so-called philanthropic foundations. Codevilla: The Chosen One.
So he mixes with black public figures, famous and infamous. So what? So would most any white fratboy given a chance, thinking it would make them cool. I think that’s why The Fraud does it. He’s a black wannabe, like many, many whites today are.
I think The Fraud is the first guy in the White House to have been bred and raised for it by the company and those foundations. He’s their boy. They protect him. MSM isn’t afraid of him. They’re afraid of them. Ditto Hillary. And ValJar, also a company/foundation issue, is their helpmeet/minder to The Fraud.
Fear of his sponsors, not racism, silences would-be critics of The Fraud. The Washington Compost makes my point with their picture topping this oped by George Will.

Update 9: How Far Should Churches Go to Appeal to Men?
Most successful way to appeal to both men and women: Male only church leadership.
Men love to belong to male dominated organizations. On the other hand, women love to belong to male dominated organizations. Don’t believe me? Have you ever thought it was odd that women always want to belong to men’s business organizations, men’s career fields, men’s social clubs, men’s athletic clubs, etc., but men avoid women’s organizations.
I once attended a large and rapidly growing conservative Lutheran congregation which had a male-only leadership. I was astounded by two things. First, board and congregational meetings were more calm, to the point and productive than any church meetings I have ever been to. In three years, I never heard someone said, “Well, I feel . . .” Second, it had the strongest bunch of women I have ever known in any church I’ve ever attended. Having men in visible, public leadership roles and the women in deeply influential, behind the scenes roles worked very well for that congregation.
I suspect the church’s acquiescence to feminism in the sixties and seventies badly damaged it. As men fled the church, the church did not become larger. It did not even get more women members because as the men left, the women follow them out the door. The more women want to be in charge, the more men leave. The more men leave, the more the women leave because an organization is only valuable to them if there are lots of men in it. It’s deeply ironic, isn’t it?
Update 10: Glenn Reynolds: Abolish the Ivy League. I commented:
The Ivy League is church-made. Abolish the churches to abolish the Ivy League. Not so hard to do. Find them by law as political fronts. The churches, I mean.
The Church is exclusive, not inclusive. That fact will abolish the Ivy League, all on its own, not just talk about abolishing it. “Have no God beside me.” You do not get more exclusive than that. Make that point, miracles will happen.
