42 U.S. Code § 1985 – Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights
Long have I and millions of other Americans watched in borderline despair as anti-Americans of one ideology or another stormed about killing, burning, molesting, obstructing, disrupting, subverting and otherwise harming Americans discharging their responsibilities and rights as citizens. We have felt helpless or nearly so without a legal tool to avert, prevent or squelch Anti-Americans’ activities. We have watched as those activities grow ever more audacious, sneering and successful.
On 13 March 2016 Glenn Reynolds noted that there is such a tool. It is 42 U.S. Code § 1985 – Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights.
Do tell. Glad to hear it. Here’s a target. And another. And some more. Et Cetera. And so forth.
Having a tool and using it are different things, of course. But it is good to know the tool is there to use. It parallels another tool I and others long have urged be applied to Anti-Americans: RICO. And 42 U.S. Code § 1985 – Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights also provides a civil action for such conspiracies!
So, you soi-disant conservative and libertarian attorneys, why are you not employing these tools to their intended purpose? And citizens, why are you not demanding of your political and legal stewards that they use those tools against Anti-Americans fighting to eliminate you? Why the complacency when those who hate you scream it into your face, impertinently?

Neither one can do it on that schedule. Thus the B-52s. Who can’t do it either but can make one hell of a story, literally. It’s all politics, nothing military in it. And guess for whose benefit? The one he wants as next POTUS. And who would that be? Probably someone close. Poor Middle Easterners. Like Americans, props for a wicked personality’s machinations of pure cussedness.
