Countrymen,

The secret behind Obama’s ‘Executive Order’ is that It’s Not an Executive Order!  In a speech in Chicago after his Nov. 20 announcement, Obama told hecklers, “I took action to change the law.”  Confronted with the statement by reporters, White House press secretary Josh Earnest insisted the president was “speaking colloquially.”

Obama accused of ‘sleight of hand’ to protect himself from impeachment.

The inquiry began with the question: “Where are the Executive Orders Obama supposedly signed to permit up to 5 million parents of young illegal aliens to remain in the United States for three years?”  They don’t exist!

The White House appears to have engaged in administrative sleight of hand, changing U.S. immigration law not by executive order but by a memorandum “exercising prosecutorial discretion” Johnson signed the day of Obama’s Nov. 20 nationwide address that so far has not been filed in the Federal Register.  NOTE: “… deferred action is legally available so long as it is granted on a case-by-case basis.”  Finally, the memo acknowledges that the actions taken with respect to the DACA program are not specifically authorized in any legislation passed by Congress and signed into law by the president.

Although deferred action is not expressly conferred by statute, the practice is referenced and therefore endorsed by implication in several federal statutes.  Obama has maintained that his administration has issued executive orders just as prior administrations have done,” he’s now saying the memo signed by Johnson ‘”changed the law.”

I blame their mothers.  Every person is put upon.  Always has been, always will be.  Refines the soul, the mind and the body.  If a person lacks self-confidence to stand in the mix and make their way through it — self-confidence, not self-esteem, which is mere ego — (a) their mother did not love them or (b) past the age of 28 they have no excuse for not gaining self-confidence on their own, regardless of their mother.  Except for trade schools, post-secondary institutions have been poison pits since the 1960s and anyone who does not know that and attends one deserves what they get by way of life-debilitating infestations.

Lawyers wrote the petty offenses into law, and they can write them out of law.  It’s their problem, they made it, they fix it.

I also have wondered why campus rape has become a meme.  Its promoters think, assumedly, it benefits them and/or their political friends.  But its costs, to its promoters and their friends, are vast and long-lasting. Why does one commit moral and intellectual — and ultimately social and political — suicide?  Reason has nothing to do with it.

When these disappointed ones make an entrance, anywhere, adults in the vicinity should commence singing a universally loved song, such as Amazing Grace, the choral melody of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony (Ode to Joy), and there are others.  Knowing the words is non-essential, one can sing the melody to extemporized vowel sounds. Truth flies best and farthest on the wings of song.

The nomenclatura keeps pushing everyone under their cookie cutters and everyone keeps telling them to piss up a rope.  Everyone’s independence and national character will win. Those revolting Eskimos will be returned or want to return to their igloos, ice or sand.  The feminist foreign minister-ess article reads like a farce.  The left have lost their power to convince under crashing waves of reality and are howling now, just above the waters, just to keep attention.  A hearty laugh is perhaps the best answer to them, and lots and lots of lawfare, investigation, discovery and bully pulpit to hold their heads under.  Meanwhile, one does what one can, as you do, to outline and populate the frame of reference for both intellect (theology) and statecraft (morality) that is actually livable.

Coincidentally, I am enjoying and benefiting from a volume titled Intermarium by Dr. Marek Chodakiewicz, who holds The Kościuszko Chair in Polish Studies at the Institute of World Politics in D.C.  It is pricey at Amazon.  However, its value exceeds its price.

One point salient to me at least: our general idea in USA that Intermarium (lands between the Baltic and Black Seas) is Tzarist/Soviet/Russian territory is inaccurate, a result in our minds of Communist propaganda and censorship.  Historically and even today the area stands against the historically absolutist, top-down manner of Muscovites and for freedoms such as Kościuszko fostered by fortifying West Point.  Intermarium is the most deeply, broadly and pertinently informative history I have read in decades.

No fluff there, no three little ideas puffed into a volume of tendentious attenuation.  The facts, connections and summaries just roll out in an effortless stream of human, political, cultural interest. And no cliches or academic mincing while monumentally referenced.  How he does it I could not guess.  And fun, easy and familiar readability.  In a word, I like it.  Reading it I feel as in the presence of genius, such as when I hear Glenn Gould or Sviatoslav Richter.

You want to know about Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Communists, Nazis and all in the area and their underlying outlooks and goals in life?  This is where.

I did not mean this to be a mini-review or promo, but I guess it became both.  Intermarium is on-topic for this post.

Utah To Seize Own Land From Government, Challenge Federal Dominance of Western States

Update 1: Richard Fernandez: The Hoarders

Update 2: Russian Media Terms Of Abuse For The Fraud

Update 3: Globalization of commerce is not globalization of government. Globalization of government is DOA. Here, though not fully written out, yet, is a framework for what the future likely holds: Three Brothers [nation states] Doctrine to replace Containment Doctrine.

Update 4: A fine essay on melody by David Solway and many fine comments following: The Mystery Of Melody

Update 5: An Israeli Hero and a Power Line failure of intellect.  I commented:

The Bush Neo-Cons refused to put USA on war footing on 12SEP01.  They essayed to make less than 1% of the country carry 100% of the burden of battle.  Their successors deny there is a battle or ever has been, except to throw off the grotesque yoke of Amero-Euro colonialism.

With all that, the ME/Islam is small potatoes as battles go.  The big potato is in the South and East China Seas.  China has punched through the USA western defensive littoral. Salafist and Iranian Jihadis/Caliphists are flies.  They exist because no one, so far, has fumigated for them.  The arch-hegemon, the capital carnivore, is in Asia.

Staff Sergeant Weissman died a Solder’s death, in battle with a mortal, vicious enemy.  That is honorable.  His widow and child have comfort in that.  His honor protects them, as a man, husband and father should protect his family.  May the men of Israel earn as much honor, at least, by protecting their families and country, decisively, in a manner which will leave no doubt in Jihadi/Caliphist minds regarding the impossibility of their success and the non-alternative to their being happy with Israelis and Israel and every other person and thing they currently hate and despise.

And may American men likewise come to their senses and fumigate for Salafist and Iranian Jihadis/Caliphists wherever they are, however they hide, so that mankind’s major threat, China, can be faced and disabused of her posture for aggressive, hegemonic racism.

And John, they are not terrorists.  They are Salafist Jihadis.  The nomenclature has to be accurate before the battle can be successfully joined.  So far, that has not occurred among the lib-con cartel.  And that is why this war, a piddling affair relatively speaking, has not been won.  Calling them terrorists nebulizes them, conjures confusion.  They love it.  Here’s what they are.

Update 6: “The thinking behind the ‘Nuit Debout’ is to find new confidence in our own strength precisely because we don’t trust those who rule us any more,” 20-year-old political science student Victor said.

“When they (the government) say that they’re working for young people, it’s a huge lie.  They’re just trying to halt the momentum.”

Richard Fernandez and many fine commenters on this theme: The Age Of Discontent

Update 7: The Daily Signal, house organ of The Heritage Foundation, writes Caliphists’ lulling propaganda for them.

Update 8: However, I don’t think it’s a coincidence that no such star is high on the list of those being mentioned.

Assuming those stars actually have light sufficient for a career of staring, I’m glad none is on Trump’s short list — precisely because they are political stars, careerist professional politicians!!!

I’d like in office anyone BUT a professional politician, anyone BUT one who craves the office, anyone who is NOT thinking about THEIR future.  The very mind-set which produces the concept of a political star with a future I find smug, anxious, cynical, elitist, and un-American.

If you want my vote because you want your concept of a career for yourself, you don’t give a damn about my soul and you don’t deserve my vote.  You deserve the sole of my shoe.
