Situation:

Europe, Americas, Japan, India, Philippines and their allied nations are an integrated battleground of an asymmetric war.(1)  The land masses, in toto, which comprise these nations are themselves this battleground.

The war was initiated and is being prosecuted vigorously by individuals having human bodies that are motivated by sub-human hearts.  Their goal is wealth.(2)  Their means are hypocritical fanaticisms masquerading as religion or as egalitarianism.

The fundamental strategy of the enemy is to place their front line so that it is close upon or, ideally, identical with the front line of the nations — Europe, Americas, etc. — they are attacking.  The intent is to make the attacking force both difficult to find and safe from counter-attack.

In modern war, the battlefield is the battleground.  Europe, Americas, etc., en mass, are the battlefield as well as the battleground.  The nature of the attack turns all elements of the battleground, including its inhabitants, into weapons, munitions or combatants.

War is communications and mobility.  The key to success on a battlefield is control of the most communications-driven and mobility-able media for the delivery of weapons, munitions and combatants (to include PSYOPS as a category of munitions).  The most communications-driven and mobility-able medium is air.  The first goal of warfare, therefore, must be control of the air above and adjacent to a battlefield.  Other goals follow, but this one is the prius of the rest:  control of the air.

Problem:

Europe, America, etc., who are under attack by thieves, do not control the air above and adjacent to their land masses.  Dramatic attacks illuminated the fact.

Nor have these nations acted to control their air.  They are prevented from doing so by (1) a want of situational awareness among their political leadership, (2) a want of egolessness among their business leadership and (3) an abundance of PSYOPS posing as egalitarian cant emanating from “fifth column” soldiery and recycled mindlessly by minority, ecclesial and academic populations.

Result: the nations drift as their citizens sense their leadership has neither accurately identified their problem nor confidently laid out its solution.

Solution:

All aviation in Europe, Americas, etc., must be militarized with respect to ingress, egress and “intragress.”  All air passengers and personnel to, from and within these nations must be logged and the log kept on their person by each air passenger and personnel, under pain of arrest for questioning.

Each log must be scanned at each embarkation and debarkation for (1) origin and destination of travel, (2) identification of companions and (3) travel and companion patterns deemed suspicious.  This can be done with databases, scanning software and personal universal identification cards.

When control of the air is achieved, and even before that occurs, other measures will be required to defeat an enemy who deliberately keeps his front close upon or identical with the front of the nations he is attacking.(3)

The sequence of media control must be dictated by the aptitude of those media for communications and mobility, that is, by their aptitude for the delivery of weapons, munitions or combatants:

First priority is control of air;
Second priority is control of electricity and combustibles;
Third priority is control of electronics;
Fourth priority is control of water;
Fifth priority is control of earth in the sense of sod, dirt.
