If you don’t have EW, AD, and SEAD abilities of sufficient supremacy, you cannot do maneuver warfare under modern ISR conditions. You can only do attrition warfare. However, it turns out that in modern conditions, attrition warfare is that most indicated.

Every great power today has ISR-Strike capability sufficient to preclude your concentrating strength for an attack at a Schwerpunkt of maneuver warfare. Soleimani saw this. Palestinians, Houthis, Syrians, Egyptians, and Lebanese Hezbollah are using it. They have reduced Israel to attrition warfare, a condition Israeli social structure cannot abide. Moreover, Israel’s TOEs contemplate only maneuver warfare. So, they are outclassed by the attrition warfare model which has been put on them. And they’re going down. There’s nothing for it. Maneuver and raiding warfare are pretty much the same thing — raiding is a tactic within maneuver warfare. Attrition warfare is a whole other animal. It can include raiding. However, the fighting concept behind it differs from the fighting concept behind maneuver warfare.

It is not clear until you learn to discriminate the origin and the physiological effects of the voice of the devil. The voice of the devil has its markings which can be recognized.

When you can identify those, which I’ve done just previously — furtive, somewhat dark, gray, indecisive, unclear, — indecisive is a major tell regarding the devil’s voice — then you know how to proceed.

If you hear something but are not decisive regarding what it is, that is the voice of the devil and one of its effects: you heard something and could not decide what it was.

If you hear something and are decisive about what you heard, you heard the Voice Of God. It is that simple. The Voice Of God is unmistakable whereas the voice of the devil is not, it leaves one in doubt as to whose voice it is. This is a consequence, BTW, of the devil’s powers being derivative and therefore not fear-worthy. Doubt is weakness, which is the very opposite of Godliness.

You have policies but no strategic architectures. Therefore, you are undone.

Strategic architectures would require you to think about the welfare of your countrymen and about the country you supposedly represent.

But, that’s not what you want to do. So, you avoid strategic architectures and just throw out policies to make you feel better for the time being.
