The foregoing is the root of USA Foreign Policy, and as such, a correlate of the Primakov Doctrine, the root of Russian Foreign Policy.

This URL covers the same news as this URLNATO strikes on Russia (Also) — just a different outlet. The ur-source, Military Thought Magazine, is in deep sequester, at least to me. So, if Russian press writes about that article, MOD wanted this news out. Then there is Maria. And this on Russian missile defense, inspired by the aforementioned news regarding an article in Military Thought Magazine.

I think NATO are planning a strike — including if not especially nuke — and Russians are warning them that they know it and, like on 24FEB22, can jump in first to preempt it as well as protect from it.

Everything I see points to NATO nuke strikes on Russia:
English Admiral on beating Russia quickly,
German AF chiefs on striking Russian territory,
Maria Z remarking (again) NATO troops handling equipment and command in 404,
Macron sudden EU conference,
Zelensky saying new counteroffensive,
think tankers saying nuke war is survivable by US elites,
denials they intend NATO troops in 404,
Lindsay Graham backing Trump and throttling back on bombing Iran,
CENTCOM throttling back on MENA deployment concentrations,
German MP wants NATO to strike Russian MOD and SVR,
Nuland getting out of town before the 39-second timer starts.

As Andrei Martyanov often observes, NATO have only nukes. IMO, that means: expect NATO to use nukes first. NATO will only need troops in 404 if their strategic global strike doesn’t work to their satisfaction. I’d say, NATO planners expect their strike to work. They expected Zelensky to sweep into Moscow.

What a contrast! Putin runs around Russia — albeit he is campaigning for reelection — encouraging his countrymen to build, expand, improve while Euro-American officials run around the world telling everyone to fear, expect, and submit to rape, murder, pillage, hardship, grief, and mayhem. What a contrast, Zakharova and Nuland!!! Could anything be clearer?

Principle I

The United States have no authority in the domestic affairs of other nations and expect other nations to reciprocate by not feigning authority in our domestic affairs. The United States have interest in the lines of communication running between The United States and all other nations. We expect ourselves and other nations to bear fairly the burden of keeping those lines open, safe, reliable, fair, and clean for use by all nations.

Principle II

The United States welcome comprehensive strategic partnership for the new era with our brother nations India and Russia, for correlation, coordination, and promulgation, from their perspectives, of the ground of statecraft set forth in Principle I and urge Japan and Egypt to join us for that endeavor and commitment.

Principle III

An order to deploy which lacks or frustrates intent to compel an enemy to sign a declaration of unconditional surrender is an unlawful order by the Rules of Just War, the Conventions of War, Common Sense, and the Spirit of America. An order to deploy conveys this intent to the Commanding Officer: win this war / battle in a timely manner at the lowest possible cost to yourself and your enemy or do not come back alive.
