The Power To Declare War

Scimus autem quoniam diligentibus Deum omnia cooperantur in bonum, iis qui secundum propositum vocati sunt sancti. And we know that to them that love God, all things work together unto good, to such as, according to his purpose, are called to be saints.

US Presidents since Franklin D. Roosevelt are notorious for throwing US Armed Force into [supply your favorite euphemism for WAR] with no proper authority from the American people, which is to say, without a Declaration of War by The US Congress.

US Presidents and Congresses have done this for a very simple reason: what they contemplate doing with US Armed Force frequently is at best marginally beneficial for American citizens altogether and very often not at all to their benefit, but to some entirely different purpose, involving private considerations and / or egos.

In the present case, 404 Ukraine and China, beneficiaries of introducing US Armed Force into [supply your favorite euphemism for WAR] are US and foreign monopolists — globalists, oligarchs — and investors — financial speculators — angling to strip those regions of natural resources to sell, including women and boys.

Ask a contemporary monopolist or financial speculator what they are willing to sell, their answer will be, Anything.

An actual US Congress would not throw US Armed Force into a [supply your favorite euphemism for WAR] in order to expedite private intentions. A US Congress responds with and feels responsibility for the general welfare of their culture and countrymen as a whole.

So, over time, US Chief Executives and Leaders of Congress have worked their way loose from the popular leash, to conduct their country’s affairs on their own recognizance without scrutiny or restraint from the popular direction or, for that matter, reason and sympathy. They conduct their affairs, hazarding their country’s assets into play, placing them like bets on ROIs, for intentions their countrymen would abhor did they but know them.

Intelligence and security services have locked-in the nefarious practice as unassailable habit, so they believe.

Here in The USA, we see now, with no proper authority from the American people, a regime self-installed, self-absorbed, and self-obliged. What a ghastly sight. And the perpetrators represent this state of affairs to the world as though men and beast prefer it. US citizens as a nation today live without government. We do not have too much government. We have none at all.

HA!

Principle I

The United States have no authority in the domestic affairs of other countries and expect other countries to reciprocate by not feigning authority in our domestic affairs. The United States have interest in the lines of communication running between The United States and all other countries and expect all other countries to bear fairly the burden of keeping those lines open, safe, reliable, fair, and clean.

Principle II

The United States welcome partnership with our brother nations India and Russia for enforcement, from their perspectives, of the ground of statecraft set forth in Principle I and urge Japan and Egypt to join us for that endeavor and commitment.

Principle III

An order to deploy which lacks or frustrates intent to compel a target to sign a declaration of unconditional surrender is an unlawful order by the Rules of Just War, the Conventions of War, Common Sense, and the Spirit of America. An order to deploy conveys this intent to the Commanding Officer: win this war / battle in a timely manner at the lowest possible cost to yourself and your enemy or do not come back alive.
