As over-leveraged investment houses began to fail in September 2008, the leaders of the Republican and Democratic parties, of major corporations, and opinion leaders stretching from the National Review magazine (and the Wall Street Journal) on the right to the Nation magazine on the left, agreed that spending some $700 billion to buy the investors’ “toxic assets” was the only alternative to the U.S. economy’s “systemic collapse.” In this, President George W. Bush and his would-be Republican successor John McCain agreed with the Democratic candidate, Barack Obama. Many, if not most, people around them also agreed upon the eventual commitment of some 10 trillion nonexistent dollars in ways unprecedented in America. They explained neither the difference between the assets’ nominal and real values, nor precisely why letting the market find the latter would collapse America. The public objected immediately, by margins of three or four to one.

When this majority discovered that virtually no one in a position of power in either party or with a national voice would take their objections seriously, that decisions about their money were being made in bipartisan backroom deals with interested parties, and that the laws on these matters were being voted by people who had not read them, the term “political class” came into use. Then, after those in power changed their plans from buying toxic assets to buying up equity in banks and major industries but refused to explain why, when they reasserted their right to decide ad hoc on these and so many other matters, supposing them to be beyond the general public’s understanding, the American people started referring to those in and around government as the “ruling class.” And in fact Republican and Democratic office holders and their retinues show a similar presumption to dominate and fewer differences in tastes, habits, opinions, and sources of income among one another than between both and the rest of the country. They think, look, and act as a class.

Although after the election of 2008 most Republican office holders argued against the Troubled Asset Relief Program, against the subsequent bailouts of the auto industry, against the several “stimulus” bills and further summary expansions of government power to benefit clients of government at the expense of ordinary citizens, the American people had every reason to believe that many Republican politicians were doing so simply by the logic of partisan opposition. After all, Republicans had been happy enough to approve of similar things under Republican administrations. Differences between Bushes, Clintons, and Obamas are of degree, not kind. Moreover, 2009-10 establishment Republicans sought only to modify the government’s agenda while showing eagerness to join the Democrats in new grand schemes, if only they were allowed to. Sen. Orrin Hatch continued dreaming of being Ted Kennedy, while Lindsey Graham set aside what is true or false about “global warming” for the sake of getting on the right side of history. No prominent Republican challenged the ruling class’s continued claim of superior insight, nor its denigration of the American people as irritable children who must learn their place. The Republican Party did not disparage the ruling class, because most of its officials are or would like to be part of it.

Never has there been so little diversity within America’s upper crust. Always, in America as elsewhere, some people have been wealthier and more powerful than others. But until our own time America’s upper crust was a mixture of people who had gained prominence in a variety of ways, who drew their money and status from different sources and were not predictably of one mind on any given matter. The Boston Brahmins, the New York financiers, the land barons of California, Texas, and Florida, the industrialists of Pittsburgh, the Southern aristocracy, and the hardscrabble politicians who made it big in Chicago or Memphis had little contact with one another. Few had much contact with government, and “bureaucrat” was a dirty word for all. So was “social engineering.” Nor had the schools and universities that formed yesterday’s upper crust imposed a single orthodoxy about the origins of man, about American history, and about how America should be governed. All that has changed.

Today’s ruling class, from Boston to San Diego, was formed by an educational system that exposed them to the same ideas and gave them remarkably uniform guidance, as well as tastes and habits. These amount to a social canon of judgments about good and evil, complete with secular sacred history, sins (against minorities and the environment), and saints. Using the right words and avoiding the wrong ones when referring to such matters — speaking the “in” language — serves as a badge of identity. Regardless of what business or profession they are in, their road up included government channels and government money because, as government has grown, its boundary with the rest of American life has become indistinct. Many began their careers in government and leveraged their way into the private sector. Some, e.g., Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner, never held a non-government job. Hence whether formally in government, out of it, or halfway, America’s ruling class speaks the language and has the tastes, habits, and tools of bureaucrats. It rules uneasily over the majority of Americans not oriented to government.

The two classes have less in common culturally, dislike each other more, and embody ways of life more different from one another than did the 19th century’s Northerners and Southerners — nearly all of whom, as Lincoln reminded them, “prayed to the same God.” By contrast, while most Americans pray to the God “who created and doth sustain us,” our ruling class prays to itself as “saviors of the planet” and improvers of humanity. Our classes’ clash is over “whose country” America is, over what way of life will prevail, over who is to defer to whom about what. The gravity of such divisions points us, as it did Lincoln, to Mark’s Gospel: “if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.”

SecDef establishes a TRADOC for RUSAF, a TRADOC for SUSAF, and a TRADOC for total The US Armed Force, which includes national Diplomacy and Finance components from State and Treasury, respectively.

Both US Armed Forces comprising The US Armed Force are Unified Joint Forces comprising, as needed, elements of the Five Forms of Service — Space, Air, Cyber, Sea, Land — as well as national Diplomacy and Finance components.

Both US Armed Forces operate under unified command and both base only and entirely on US sovereign territory. No US Armed Force, or element thereof, bases on another nation’s sovereign territory.

RUSAF operates under the RUSAF commander and SecDef as:

• five (5) standing Corps at full battle strength
• four (4) standing Corps at half or less of battle strength
• eighteen (18) standing Corps at a quarter or less of battle strength
• twenty seven (27) Corps on paper, including complete, constantly updated TOEs and potential Officer and NCO cadres.

SUSAF operates as nine (9) COCOMs — experimentally discussed here — under the SUSAF commander and SecDef. Based entirely in The USA, COCOMs are the Diplomacy, Finance, and War-Fighting eyes and ears of The USA.

SUSAF replaces CIA, USAID, and NED.

Elements of SUSAF may be tasked, as determined by SecDef, to operate temporarily under a RUSAF Corps commander.

RUSAF and SUSAF may joint base on US sovereign territory. US Armed Force base commanders and their staffs belong to RUSAF.

RUSAF full-strength Corps base two on each coast and one in the middle. Half-and quarter-strength RUSAF Corps base on current US military properties, including National Guard properties.

Half-strength RUSAF Corps base one each in the middle of the border with Canada and Mexico and one each in Hawaii and Alaska.

Half-strength RUSAF Corps manage and train for battle readiness within one (1) month of a call to mobilize. These Corps also maintain conversation with municipal police and county sheriff departments, rifle clubs, churches, mosques, temples, synagogues, town councils, and JROTC programs.

Quarter-strength RUSAF Corps manage and train for battle readiness within three (3) months of a call to mobilize. These Corps also maintain coordination with official State Militias and County Civil Defense Battalions.

RUSAF Corps that are on paper only can achieve battle readiness within five months of a call to mobilize.

An East Coast Corps protects US properties in the Caribbean Sea. A West Coast Corps protects US properties in the Pacific Ocean.

The staff shops — S1/S2, G1/G2, etc., — of the commander at each command level of RUSAF and SUSAF, from Company up, operate with at least one officer from each of the Five Forms of Service: Space, Air, Cyber, Sea, Land. One of these officers in each staff shop is designated leader of the shop.

Staff shops battalion and up have a national Diplomacy and Finance component.

Radio-Computer communications between elements of The US Armed Force is standardized and maximized from POTUS to squad level.

Weaponry, training, tasking, and unit configuration are designed for the two missions of The US Armed Force: Homeland Defense and occasional Punitive Operations. These include, but are not limited to:

• Inexpensive small and swarming weapons.
• Electronic Warfare, Air Defense, and Strike weapons, short-range, long-range, stand-off, and loitering.
• Hypersonic artillery.

For astute military planners, Kairos (the auspicious time) is more important than Chronos (clock time).

US Oligarchs

Consider:

The USA grind themselves into a parallel two-track economy, one State Capitalism and the other Free Enterprise.

Both tracks are commodity-based rather than finance-based. Both tracks are visible, but rarely these days are they seen as partners, which they are and only can be considering today’s weapons environment.

State Capitalism is for strategic industries, of which there are several. Free Enterprise is for everything else.

Seen this way, economy-sovereignty and domestic-foreign policy discussions have a chance to reorient our bumptious oligarchs from selfish private agendas to necessary public prosperities. This is done so that other issues may be settled amicably.

Americans do not tolerate titles of nobility or the pretentious claptrap attending them.

Before you can do business, you must have law and order. Before you can have excess wealth, you must have government who protect you and your competitors.

In order for a nation’s government to protect themselves and their fellow citizens, a nation’s strategic industries must operate in a framework of State Capitalism. Strategic industries include:

• gases,
• liquids,
• energy,
• metals,
• woods,
• medicines,
• engineering,
• weapons,
• transportation,
• communication,
• schools,
• banking,

In order for citizens of a nation to be happy, everything else — religion, food, household goods, information, entertainment, property, fiscal policy — must operate in a framework of Free Enterprise.

Humanity are not a cheap date. We are high-maintenance personnel.

Citizens of a nation are not trivial. They are high-value entities as individuals, as groups, and as a nation. They are in fact clothes God wears. Each and every one of them is exactly that.

Oligarchs are people who believe they own or control wealth in excess of their normal needs and should own or control wealth available to others as well.

There is neither harm nor wrong in having excess wealth available to oneself. Call such people Benefactors rather than Oligarchs.

There is harm and wrong in thinking one owns or controls excess wealth available to one — any amount of wealth, for that matter — as well as wealth available to others as well. There is even more harm and wrong in thinking excess wealth available to one entitles one to deference, political power, and prestige ahead of one’s brothers and sisters of the human race living and working in this breathing world.

Call such people oligarchs. They are criminal personalities with an excess of money available to them and therefore capability to inflict harm of various amounts and extents on fellow and foreign citizens

Oligarchs are such as have gone over to the dark side, to the realm of conceit and its agent, deceit. Oligarchs’ interest is stabilization of what they imagine is their supreme position vis-à-vis fellow citizens. Conceit makes them fear everyone. So they generate narratives, ideologies, and degenerate information (e.g., news) to protect their conceit from scrutiny and ruin. They also hire private armies to terrorize, extort, and assassinate scrutinizers.

Oligarchs work for themselves, not for their country. They are inorganic relative to their country’s times and teleology. Ideologies and narratives they conjure and trumpet operate to a nation’s citizens as religions. Being on the dark side, soaked in deceit, ideologies and narratives are vectors of religious bigotries.

A duty of government is to eliminate in the nation influence of oligarchs’ religious bigotry, their self-serving narratives, their groundless gospels.

To eliminate influence of US oligarchs in US strategic industries is a reason, among others, to speed towards a parallel two-track US national economy, one State Capitalism, the other Free Enterprise.

MICIMATT exist to serve the teleological objective of US national sovereignty and territorial integrity.

One class of oligarch deserves special attention: civilians in the General Schedule Government Service (GS) and the Senior Executive Service (SES).

These are known variously as The Deep State, The Government, The Elites, The Ruling Class, and The Administrative State.

These are the oligarchs who when POTUS, Congress, or SCOTUS says, Jump!, they sit, and when POTUS, Congress, or SCOTUS says, Sit!, they jump.

A civilian’s GS or SES billet must not extend beyond five (5) years and their total GS / SES service must not extend beyond nine (9) years.

Moreover, a civilian may be hired to a GS or SES billet only after serving a minimum of twelve (12) years, excluding schooling, in a trade or profession other than teaching. Teachers, clergy, students, entertainers, journalists, celebrities, and think tank / NGO experts are ineligible for GS and SES service. Their emotions run in all the wrong directions for the stewardship of powers and responsibilities of government.

A nation’s Armed Force has the irreplaceable mission of homeland defense. It should be designed and maintained at ready so that anybody who even dabbles in invasion of the homeland is assured of destruction thereon, at least.

These conditions demand a complete, top-to-bottom reorganization of The US Armed Force, to include all US National Service Academies.

Modern artillery makes peer-to-peer and near-peer warfare utterly stupid.

One might say that Pax Americana has been replaced by Pax Universalis:

To have a Pax Americana in history’s current condition of development, The USA would have to engage in peer-to-peer or near-peer warfare, which would be MAD, not peace.

So the next step in the teleology of inter-nation relations is Pax Universalis. Nothing short of that is reasonable or even possible with respect to peace, stability, and prosperity of any nation whatsoever, large or small, weak or strong.

It’s all in the Artillery. The masculine principle is the Russian artillery — guided and protected by their C4ISR, Air Defense (AD), and Electronic Warfare (EW) assets — which has won them the day in the Ukraine.

There are differentials in power, but there are no differentials in authority. So, if someone thinks their authority exceeds that of someone else by virtue of power they wield, that person becomes a legitimate target for track and annihilate.

I am sure Bonhoeffer’s thoughts came to such awareness with respect to Herr Hitler.

Liberal equals degenerate and arrogant. Conservative equals brutal and arrogant. Conservative and Liberal meet at arrogance. That is why neither one appeals to Americans. Americans are attracted to men and women who have quiet in God.

Almighty God is the President of Presidents, the Prime Minster of Prime Minster, the Chief Legislator of Chief Legislators, the Chief Justice of Chief Justices, the Generalissimo of Generalissimos,, the Supreme Admiral of Fleet Admirals, the Doctor Maximus of Doctors, the Theologian par excellence of Theologians.

The USA are blessed with being an island nation protected by seas and is therefore required to design her military capability for the purpose of homeland defense and an occasional — and brief (!) — punitive expedition abroad, and not for any long-haul overseas, regular campaign (!) .

The USA have neither means, history of success, nor authority to fight other peoples’ wars on their own continent.

Much less have The USA authority to impose their will on other nations.

Russians harbor nothing like the inconsolable ethno-religious enmity a huge cohort of American and European Jewish atheists harbor against Russia and Germany, Russians and Germans.

Vicki Nuland and cohort, in their devotion to the Morgenthau Plan, are on their way to self-destruction. One wishes them all success.

The common thread uniting Jewish atheists — aka Neocons — Clintonistas, Anglicans, Jesuits, and RINOs is their atheism. The mimic their Sicarii forebears.

The recent queer movement came from atheistic Jews and, more recently, Moslems. Christians always have had queers amongst them, but usually they have been smart enough — and until recently pestered by Anglican and Jesuit atheists — not to let queers dominate Christian culture or the churches.

Once atheists, bumptious as always, brought forward queers as admirable personalities, enlisting to their cause penal powers of government, ecclesial judicatories discarded their justification. Episcopalians — hereditary leader cadre of The USA — ordained women. Later, Jesuits festooned their properties with rainbow flags.

Since 1972, it has been open run by civil and ecclesial officials — all without authority — against Christianity, spiritual practice, reason, reality, and moral society, which is to say, against anything normal.

With rare exceptions, women and statecraft are incompatible.

Authoritarian governments, whatever their ideological religion, have to employ propaganda (narrative) because the truth would subvert their claim to authority and positions for administering penal measures in a nation’s society.

Relying on propaganda, therefore, is a weak move. The strong move is simply to tell the truth. Propaganda never works, except to get a whole lot of people sick, poor, unhappy, or dead.

Revolution In Military Affairs (RMA) is an ongoing process which brings to the fore the diplomatic asset of a nation. At this time, The USA has no diplomatic corps worthy of the name. There is a diplomatic corps but not a presence of diplomacy as such. This makes The USA weak and reviled in world affairs, as is evident all over this breathing world.

Spiritual discipline is the solution, starting with the family and then education emphasis on mathematics and engineering. That’s the solution. Learn how to please God and learn how to calculate such things as Markov Processes.

With respect to government officials — diplomats, stewards of the currency, warriors — spiritual discipline means removal of ego from equations, calculations, assessments, policies. The chief virtue of government officials is impartiality cultivated by humility.

Government officials must at all times keep in mind that God is the force. We humans and other creatures are instruments only.

The force is God. His instruments as history are men, women, children, and all creatures. This is the core truth, the real reality of statecraft.

Team Russia calculated that they grasped that they embodied that truth as early as November 2021, which is why they sent The USA and EU in December 2021 a letter offering to establish mutually beneficial indivisible security in their west.

Russia felt they had networked ISR-Strike capability under unified command sufficient to defeat NATO and take down their ambition to ravish Russia. And they were correct in that assessment. Now, today, they are putting that truth into practice.

Americans are hag-ridden by a cliquey claque of MICIMATT oligarchs who deform and degrade everything they touch because they are atheists: professors, government officials, financiers, entertainers, NGO minions, industrialists.

Their goal of world domination is unachievable, and they are become angry in frustration at the fact that their moral standing and operational capacities come short of their achievements and desires.

Military faculties and staffs were well-advised to assess effects and needs of any-time, any-where, unopposable artillery fire — sub-nuclear —and what that portends for Joint Force missions and TOEs as well as national strategic, theatre strategic, operational, and tactical combat rationales and doctrines altogether.

US DOD need a TRADOC for The US Armed [Joint] Force. Wars are won, lost, foresworn, or prevented at the operational and strategic depths, not the tactical depth. One resists the appeal of tactical minutiae during study and assessments of war and battle scenarios. Also, one remembers constantly that every war is unique to itself. History never repeats and is never predictive of a specific future. Every moment in statecraft, war, and peace — and every other human endeavor — is fresh, new, unexpected, and unprecedented. Also, the future starts from the present, not the past.

USAF always trying to say they can do everything, which is another way of saying they are always searching for what they should be doing as an independent force detached from Land Force / Army.  There isn’t anything for them to do apart from Army.  There isn’t anything for the other four components of US Armed Force to do apart from Army.

It’s not happenstance that Shoigu and Gerasimov are both Russian Army Officers. It’s not happenstance that the Chinese Air Force is the PLAAF and the Chinese Navy is the PLAN (PLA = People’s Liberation Army).

Reading this I realized that, like the French Court of 1794+, today’s British Toffs (Labor-Conservative) quite literally have no means intellectual or moral to understand or cope with what these demonstrations are about, why they do this, or what to do about them.

The Toffs literally do not know. They really, actually do not know the why, the what, or the how. Moreover, they have inside them no means of knowing.

They don’t like the demonstrators, wish them to go away, however, the Toffs have no resources inside them to grasp what’s going on, why these things happen, and what to do about them . . . other than shoot the lot and hope the rest will get the memo, slink away chastened, and leave their betters to live their lives without interruption.

But, to understand, nay to sympathize, this is not happening because those tools of normal life are long not inside the Toffs, scrubbed clean out of them, as it were, over decades by the simple expedient of unhitching the churches and religion from God.

Why assume that Armed Force must be at the ready to move east to oppose Russia or west to oppose China?

How about to sit down and talk with them blasted megalithic morons, them dirt floor-dwelling, vodka swilling, barbaric Rooskies, who never heard of indoor plumbing, much less hot and cold running water, or elevators, and then, low and behold, actually keep your word once given? How costly is keeping one’s word? What number of high-cost budget conferences, ad hoc tiger teams, must occur for that to happen? How much in evening escort and other venal costs does it take to make agreements sincerely and then honor them with implementing deeds?

1- Modern weaponry, especially rocket artillery networked with ISR (ISR-Strike Integration), changes everything, and that fact is NOT contemplated in this assessment for situational awareness.

2- An island nation — USA, GB — cannot now fight and win a war with a heavily industrialized country sitting on another continent. The logistics alone are impossible, in addition to the myriad of other factors itemized in this essay. Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan proved that the logistics — including moral and psychological logistics — can’t be done even against a light industrialized country sitting on another continent!

3- In modern conditions — weaponry, comms, ignorant, egotistical, and incompetent officials — there are only now two reasons for a nation to maintain Armed Force:

a- to protect the homeland from malicious entry by a heavy or a light industrial power, and

b- to administer sharp but limited-duration punitive force against a light industrial power serving harm to said nation’s state property.

Harm administered to overseas private interests of a nation’s citizens by an overseas power — whether heavy or light industrial — is not a casus belli for deploying that nation’s Armed Force.

The USA — actual Americans — will not and cannot self-defend now unless and until they school themselves and their children intensively in mathematics and engineering. And get rid of the GD dope and trips to Vegas. Their industrial base and their skill in statecraft — at root, being polite, seeking mutual benefit, and keeping the word once given — determine a nation’s ability to self-defend.

I have to object to the overall thrust of this article, in that it appears to give credence to the idea that there are no really guilty parties in the world – all is just a sequence of steps by individuals who cannot foresee the consequences of their intentionally limited actions, presumably all intended for the greater good, and that intentional evil is non-existent. This approach lets both individuals and governments off the hook of responsibility and blame.

Take, for example the current war in Ukraine. It is certainly true to say that there are a number of causes to be found for this war, and if some of them hadn’t existed then the war would not have occurred. But for complicated events such as this, causes as far as they are known, can be assigned a rating according to the amount they have contributed to the ultimate event.

A selection of these for the war could be:

Russian, Ukranian and European history and collective memory,

Some countries fear of neighbouring countries with offensive military power,

Fear of expansionist policies among neighbouring countries, and so on.

But it is clear that the main reason is a US policy of attaining and retaining hegemony over all other countries in the world, especially those not under it’s current control and which are seen as a threat – i.e. Russia, China and Iran. Is this a conspiracy theory? I don’t believe so. There is convincing evidence for this notion, which could be, and is, the subject of whole books by reputable authors. Briefly though:

Since 1945 (and before – but let’s keep this within limits) the US has conducted 200 odd wars, invasions, coups and bombings plus assorted assassinations, etc. (See American Journal of Public Health, June 2014. As the authors say there “the fact that one nation initiated more than 80% of all wars in the last seventy years does require an explanation.”) Most of these events are all unquestionably documented and proven, very often even admitted*, and this level of state crime is far in excess of that of any other country (although possibly the UK is a minor competitor, in that at one time or another it has invaded every country in the world, except for 22 mainly very small ones). This is indicative of a pattern of continuing criminality on the part of the US government. (A war of aggression is a war crime under international law. Targeted assassinations, coups, bombings, etc do not appear to be legal under any law).

The US is documented as being involved within the Ukraine for the past 30 odd years. A number of ‘think-tanks’ in the US have formulated and published plans which involve using the Ukraine to attack and weaken Russia. Some of the authors of these plans now hold posts in the US government. No proven connection, you say? I think the NRA takes a similar stance with regard to the huge number of mass shootings in the US.

Similarly, it could be said that while US firms are profiting from the war, this cannot be counted as a cause. However, there is a large amount of staff transfers, at high levels of responsibility, in both directions between the US Government and arms manufacturers, and also large party contributions from arms manufacturers to US politicians. To think that this is merely an expression of democracy or commerce in action would be extremely naive.

Before the war Russia published proposals to avoid the war. These were reasonable options and were similar to what the US itself expected and obtained after the Cuban missile crisis. The proposals were turned down by the US. So, without going any deeper into the matter (which would only reinforce my contention) it seems clear that, although there were many subsidiary reasons, the main cause of the war in the Ukraine, especially taking into account past US history, is US arrogance, aggression and greed.

I believe that this sort of analysis applies to most large scale events, and while you are right that there are many subsidiary causes, there usually can be found one or perhaps two or three main ones

* For example, in the Washington Post, June 27, 1993 you can find a list of nearly 50 political leaders whom the US tried to assassinate, some of them several times. Again, we see a pattern of criminality and disregard for common and international law at the very top of government.

The truth is free for the asking, and just asking for it is hard work.

It must be of the spirit if we are to save the flesh, said General Mac Arthur to Congress. Americans must regain self-confidence and resolve to plan and make their future, revering their past. This is spiritual exercise. Lawyers and courts, qua lawyers and courts, cannot touch that realm even if they want to. Only persons can touch that realm, that sui generis and plenary authority Who resides in their hearts.

Were New York, London, Langley, and Washington D.C. wealthy with patriotic statesmen rather than flooded with conniving lawyers and compromised politicians, we would not be having this conversation.

We would enjoy one another in all our multivariance while honoring our ancestors with fetes and festoons. We would not consign our powers of government into the hands of perverts who cannot but meddle in the affairs of other nations, who demonize foreign officials to justify in their private minds ethno-religious enmities rightly renounced by them millennia ago.

We don’t need no stinking Orange Man Bad balloons. No statesman would consider retailing such an infantile pleading to incompetence.

FWIW, I concur that in international relations we behold an engineering problem, nay, opportunity, nay, sets of opportunities. I think economics and politics are lesser structural components in and of that task, those sets of tasks, not greater ones. I think seeing and saying the truth — calculating actual phenomenology sans search for historical precedents, of which none exist or can be explained (Heraclitus) — is the greater structural component of opportunities the nations face. Truth, not narrative, matters. All truth is present now. What is happening, not the goals one has, is the truth, and facing that fact (truth) is the structural strength required to build (engineer) prestige in the world whatever the time or epoch.

I have argued (1) that ancient Rome diversified, transformed, did not fall, (2) liberating powers of US government from self-aggrandizing perverts requires founding of a second political party, one for which I have proposed a name, The All American Party, (3) Soldiers make the best and perhaps the only true statesmen, and (4) that with very rare exceptions, women make terrible statesmen because their nesting instinct, which is intrinsic to the gender, thankfully, disposes them to see VUCA as threat rather than, as men see it, opportunity.

Some Americans, most of them of a specific ethno-religious ancestry, are attacking Europe and Russia using NATO and Zelensky’s Nazi backers. To say America is doing those nefarious acts is inaccurate and unfair.

Most Americans are either making plans, waiting, or hoping for their bad-deed-doing countrymen to be quit of powers of government and opportunity to abuse other nations.

A second political party, a new one, is needed for doing that.

The USA are a large self-organizing, self-correcting national system. Every nation is. People who feel they must control in order to be secure get neither. Large systems do not allow that. Real control, the kind people like, is self-organized and distributed. Faith in Dharma, The Motherland, is needed.

I have proposed abandoning mechanical, economic, political, and messianic metaphors for our self-awareness as individuals and groups in favor of botanical ones (and here), such as:

• We Americans are a garden of gardens, and we communicate with other nations by taking them also as gardens of gardens, valuable all, different all, but not enemies.

The USA are not an imperialist nation, although an ethno-religious cohort of ours who are atheists — aka Neocons — would like us to be one, with them in charge, of course.

Our geo-strategic position on the face of the planet quite prevents us from being an imperialist nation — our very own imperialist ethno-religious cohort of atheists notwithstanding — as our late positioning in Iraq and Afghanistan attest.

Punitive expeditions are one thing, rightly mounted against someone for crossing our border uninvited and to our detriment. Imperial sway is something else entirely. The USA are entirely ill-positioned and more importantly ill-inclined to put imperial sway into practice.

It is dishonest to infer that Neocons are America. Most of them are Americans, but they are not America. Americans have their problems, related to not yet finding effective ways to send Neocons packing away from powers of government. (They will find ways finally.)

However, that does not mean Americans prefer or support Neocon degeneracies, perversions, immorality, lies, thefts, and cheating. Andrey Raevsky lives in The USA by choice, after all. It’s unseemly to disparage a country who gives one refuge. I am glad Andrei Martyanov does not do that.

For its part, Russia intends to continue upholding depoliticised cooperation, for which there is no alternative. It relies on the central coordinating role of the UN and primacy of the provisions of its Charter, primarily the principles of sovereign equality of states and non-interference in their domestic affairs.

It is important to emphasise in this context that the Russian Federation firmly adheres to its commitments as recorded in its Constitution and international treaties on human rights. It continues being open to all foreigners that are ready for dialogue and mutually beneficial cooperation. The procedures for entry and stay in this country do not entail any checkups as to their loyalty.
