EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On behalf of the foreign policy establishment (FPE) in The USA, Vicki Nuland executes an ancient and nasty tactic of extremely stupid statecraft: send one of your enemies against another one of your enemies, planning for each to annihilate the other.

Since 1949, Ashkenazy Jews, with Anglicans and Jesuits in tow, control the FPE in The USA. Their mind-set is 1944-5 (see also here). Their enemies are Nazis and Russians. Nazis because Nazis murder Jews. Russians because Russians reject Bolsheviks — most of whom were and are bumptious Ashkenazy Jews — and restore Christianity in their Russian Homeland.

It works out that in the Ukraine — Ukraine means borderlands — where per plan Vicki Nuland throws Ukrainian Nazis against Russian patriots, Russians do their job annihilating Nazis while Nazis do not do their job bleeding Russians. Another cunning plan, nasty as they come, executed with might and main, comes a cropper.

Ashkenazy Jews, with Anglicans and Jesuits in tow, stand up and pay Ukrainian Nazis to slaughter themselves on Russian bayonets, fixing thereby to bleed Russian society white. They bleed American society white to pay for it all. It sounds bizarre because it is bizarre. It’s also what’s happening. The intention, while cunning, is despicable and forlorn.

Since their birth in 1949, NATO have been an offensive formation claiming to be a defensive formation. Neither The Soviet Politburo nor the Russian Security Council believed that claim of NATO’s. The claim was and is a lie. NATO is an offensive formation pointed first at The Soviet Union and Germany and afterwards at The Russian Federation and Germany if not also, perhaps, France and Italy.

With Operation Gladio (more fully here; cf. First Century AD Sicarii), senior politicians of NATO countries, their intelligence services, and their private clandestine operators endeavored to set two of their enemies against each other, namely Fascists and Communists. (For Sicarii, the correlates were Romans and Jews.)

Henry Kissinger referenced this strategy of [irresponsible] statecraft remarking the Iraq-Iran War: Too bad they can’t both lose. This implied, accurately, that both Iran and Iraq threatened American sovereignty, ergo, Americans benefit if Iraq and Iran annihilate one another.

Vicki Nuland put this strategy to work in the Ukraine, but with a different set of enemies neither of whom threaten American sovereignty. The Ukraine and Russia are enemies of Vicki Nuland, her Ashkenazy Jewish friends and relations, and such Anglican and Jesuit bestials as they have in tow. The Ukraine and Russia are not enemies of The USA.

Western Ukrainians, most of them Banderites, are Vicki’s enemies because their ancestors fought with the Wehrmacht and SS against The Soviet Union and ran slave labor and death camps against Jews and others in Poland. Russians are Vicki’s enemies because they disavowed Bolshevism — most Bolsheviks then and now are in descent of Ashkenazy Jews — and cherish their spiritual roots in Orthodox Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, and non-hegemonic Judaism, most of whom are Sephardi.

Vicki and her cohort saw an opportunity, during the Obama years, to set up Banderite (Western) Ukrainians to rule the Ukraine in toto, even though the wealthiest and most productive part of the Ukraine (some valuable background on that) live in Eastern and Southern Ukraine — traditional Russian territory — and self-identify as Russians espousing Orthodox Christianity.

Here was an opportunity to use Nazis to kill off Orthodox Christians in Eastern and Southern Ukraine, encourage her friends in finance, insurance, and real estate (FIRE) to seize lands, industries, and other wealth of Russians slaughtered in the Ukraine, and press the Ukrainian government — surmounted as Vicki and CIA ensured by Nazis, ideally Jewish ones such as Kolomoyskyi, Zenenskyy — to bleed Russia white by attacking them, throwing Russian leaders into strategic confusion so Vicki’s FIRE folks can engineer quietly their seizure of endless wealth in Russia herself and subjugation of Russian citizens again, as they had done during the terms in office of POTUS Clinton.

The FPE in The USA, through Vicki Nuland, set one enemy of theirs — but not Americans’ — against another enemy of theirs — also not Americans’ — intending for each to annihilate the other so that American FIRE folks can step in to own both countries, the Ukraine and Russia, and pleasure themselves among the inhabitants.

This is revenge and envy, not statecraft, yet it is what it is and it’s happening still. Vicki and Co. envision an earth comprising themselves and their serfs. Perverse statecraft generates conditions opposing the interests of Americans and their affairs of state. This explains our national unrest since 1991.

Americans were well-met to join the 21st Century.

Set one of one’s enemies against another of one’s enemies, hoping for mutually assured destruction (MAD), and one earns universal opprobrium. It even may be that both alleged enemies unite to rat you out.

What happens when Zelenskyy realizes — if he can through a drug-addled mind — that the FPE in The USA, Vicki Nuland, and CIA — who control the FPE in The USA — have played him and his Nazi posse, to attack Russia, and that he and his people have accepted self-slaughter as payment for their efforts?

Certainly Russia is delighted to destroy Nazis. But she is not going under Vicki Nuland’s thumb.

Neither Vicki Nuland nor any American has license from Almighty God to intervene in the affairs of other nations much less to conform nations to plans sprung from impulses of revenge and envy hurtling about helter-skelter inside the hearts of Vicki Nuland and her friends.

Like Manthara, it’s an age-old Ashkenazy Jewish urge of revenge and envy to dismember Russia, lay hands on her wealth, and obliterate her Orthodox Christian culture. Sometime during the White House’s occupancy by Obamas — maybe earlier — Vicki, her friends and relations, got the crazy idea to throw Ukrainian Banderites, who are right proper Nazis (today’s Zelensky regime) at Russia in order to accomplish two goals at once:

(1) induce Russians to undertake killing off the last nominal Nazis, the Ukrainian Banderites, aka Greek Catholics, thus finally (!) ending WWII, and

(2) induce Banderites to weaken Russia at any cost to themselves so Nuland’s friends can dismember both the Ukraine and Russia, seize their wealth, and subjugate Russians for their personal pleasure.

It hasn’t gone that way. Nuland’s Nazis are being killed off, yes, but also nudged into Western Europe — Eurasia’s western peninsula — where they are re-nazify-ing countries upon the approval of EU governments, most of whose senior leaders descend from French, Italian, German, and British Nazis or Fascists. And multi-religious, multi-ethnic Russia is strengthening withal. Oh my!

Vicki “F the EU” Nuland has attacked two NATO countries, Germany and Turkey. This means the end of NATO isn’t coming, it’s accomplished.

NATO-USEUCOM-SACEUR, The EU, and The EC have overlapping responsibilities, missions, and C4ISR. They almost have overlapping street addresses. They could be reflagged as one organization except that Nuland has already caused The USA, UK, and Poland to attack directly one or both of two NATO members — Germany and Turkey — and indirectly almost all the others. Who’s keen to raise Nuland’s Army?

• Since NATO’s founding in 1949, The USA and UK have attacked just about every NATO country, assigning those missions to Operation Gladio (also here). Most attacks were false flag done by Fascists under CIA-MI6 control to prevent expansion of communist parties and rule.
• NATO’s mission regarding Europe, as expressed by their first Secretary General, General Lionel Ismay, and continuing, is: “Keep the Soviet Union out, the Americans in, and the Germans down.”

Well, the Soviet Union is gone and never did invade NATO countries militarily, as NATO propaganda loudly and persistently claimed was Soviet intent. The Russian Federation is plain in thought, word, and deed that they have no offensive intentions in any direction but will spare no effort or expense on defense when they feel threatened, which today could only be by The USA, UK, and Poland acting as NATO.

With NATO-USEUCOM-SACEUR tactically kaput and The EU and EC operationally kaput — beyond financial and physical terrorism — that leaves only USEUCOM-SACEUR — i.e., Americans — as a strategically capable force in Europe, at least theoretically.

Actually however, Europe is deindustrialized, demoralized, and overrun, The USA is dehumanized and desanitized, and USEUCOM-SACEUR lacks force-in-depth and reliability of resupply sufficient to conduct more than terrorist operations in any location. And even those are more or less helter-skelter, depending on what the good idea fairy whispers, upon their rising from bed each day, in dope-heads manipulating powers of government belonging to The USA and UK.

Terrorist attacks are not the political game-changer they used to be. Credit OEF, OIF, and Russian operations in Syria with that development.

So which is more operationally important to Nuland and Co., USEUCOM or SACEUR? That is, apart from the fact that neither is strategically capable. Which structure is melded into which in order to create a unified command of force? . . . such as might be possible . . . ? Vicki gave herself a problem. Neocons comprising the FPE of The USA gave themselves a problem. They’re flaccid.

I think it’s SACEUR — who is twin-hatted as CDR USEUCOM — they’ll consider most important for their purposes, but that’s a guess. In any case, there is nothing State, CIA, or the FPE in The USA can do about Europe and their appendage Iran beyond, again, conducting terrorist operations. Vicki has no real force to work with. Money is neither economy nor force.

Bakhmut is in operational encirclement. The Donbas line is being pushed westward. In spring, AFU attacked AFR in brigade strength. In summer, they attacked in battalion strength. In fall they attacked in company strength driving, among a few tanks and armored vehicles, pickup trucks with gun mounts, ISIS fare.

NATO-built AFU, Western Europe’s largest, best-equipped fighting force, Russia defeated by mid-spring. Their follow-on, a mercenary force built by CIA/MI6 to pose as AFU — cf. the precedent called Operation Gladio — is in train of defeat by Russia. AFU and nominal (mercenary) AFU KIAs numbers are now probably in the 200+thousand range, hors de combat probably two to three times higher than that. Vicki must be pleased. However, Russia is not bled white.

Moreover, neither The USA, the UK, nor the rest of NATO is prepared for, or has direct knowledge or experience of, Russian weaponry, defensive and offensive, Russian war-making doctrine, Russian strategic and operational art, Russian depth of devotion to God, and Russian will and means to defend and protect the Motherland with Mother Church.

No American troops or commanders — as American troops and commanders — have direct experience of Russia’s speciality: artillery. American battle doctrine, and more importantly, weapons procurement and use, do not contemplate the actual — read, medical — phenomenology of Russian artillery, stand-off, precise, and hypersonic as it is. Russians, like Bhima, pound. Expert and indefatigable they are at it.

IMO, the classical form of military art named double envelopment is under construction against Vicki Nuland’s proxies on the territory of Russian borderlands called the Ukraine. Cannae is the classical model of double envelopment, studied at military academies of every nation who has one.

There is another, more recent model as well: General Mac Arthur’s turn deep into the flank and rear of the North Korean Red Army at Inchon, the other arm of the double envelopment having been prepared previously at Pohang on the east side the the Korean Peninsula, to protect his communications with the Pusan Perimeter.

IMO, the Russian Field Commander (General Surovikin) and General Staff (General Gerasimov) are denying AFU operational capacity (fuel, power, rest, ammunition, transport, morale), and pushing the AFU center (the Donbas line) westward, while preparing a double envelopment of AFU, from north and south, towards Dnipropetrovsk, Kiev, and/or Lvov. The last-mentioned is home to the root (Banderites) of this unpleasantness, with which Vicki Nuland seeks to delectate her family and friends.

• An irony of this situation is that US Neocons — controlled by Ashkenazy Jewish zealots, as were Bolsheviks — throw the Banderite (Nazi) Zelensky regime at Russia in order to annihilate them as well as to vitiate Russian national sovereignty. Jews supporting Nazis in order to kill Nazis. The irony, as is said, is thick.
• And all this on behalf of friends in Anglo-American finance, insurance, real estate (FIRE) — The USA’s non-economy economy — who eagerly await pleasure with Russian boys and women and swallowing Russian wealth, as they did in the 1990s.

In a way, one may admire the cunning. Throw one enemy, Banderite Nazis, into the fire of another enemy, non-Bolshevik Russians, to annihilate the Nazis who inter alia help prep the Russians for a diplomatic, financial, and military walk-over by Vicki’s Neocon minions.

Cunning but stupid because stupid always beats cunning, because love and intellect beat stupid.

Russians happily annihilate Banderite Nazis without being vitiated meanwhile. (Neither do Poles find cause for alarm in that.) Meanwhile, most of the nations and by far the majority of earth’s human population, cheer on Russians, who show themselves quite able to neuter Vicki Nuland and her NATO-addled Neocon FPE of The USA.

An order to deploy conveys this intent to the Commanding Officer: win this war / battle in a timely manner at the lowest possible cost to yourself and your enemy or do not come back alive.
