Understanding Russia

Scimus autem quoniam diligentibus Deum omnia cooperantur in bonum, iis qui secundum propositum vocati sunt sancti. And we know that to them that love God, all things work together unto good, to such as, according to his purpose, are called to be saints.

Statement by Permanent Representative
Vassily Nebenzia at UNSC Briefing on Ukraine

Excerpt: For all those years, we have been investing in the development of [Crimea], and we will do the same with Donbas and other territories that Kiev has and is trying to ruin.

Excerpt: I know that our former Western partners will not listen to us. (Note the word former.)

One cannot understand Russia without first understanding that war-conflict is the only context in which decisions are made, progress occurs, humanity earns the true happiness, which is feeling noble. War-conflict is not an indication of failure. War-conflict is an opportunity for success. In fact, war-conflict is the only opportunity available for achieving success of any kind. All geo-historical decisions are made through the agency of war-conflict. So too are all mundane decisions, albeit not so palpably.

Americans have never had to defend their homeland. 1812 — in The USA and Canada — was a British punitive expedition in search of an invasion but not an invasion. Pearl Harbor was an attack, not an invasion. The Aleutians, then a US Territory far from The USA heartland, were invaded by Imperial Japan but without will or means to stay there much less to exploit their position.

The USA has sustained significant infiltrations by foreign intelligence operators, including armed SOF, as well as land-rushes by foreign civilians — foreign Intel-SOF interspersed among them — most of these, in grinding irony, summoned by American GOs and NGOs. None of these events, however, was by an invading military force. Other than in the Aleutians, when was the last time an American home on the American homeland came under artillery or aerial bombardment in preparation for storming by massed infantry and armor?

Few Americans understand or have experience of the specter of real invasion on their homeland, what happens when that happens. A very few Americans have invaded others’ homelands. But few Americans have the idea of their own homeland being invaded by significant military force. Most don’t have a reference point. They don’t understand how war-conflict works. They don’t have a sense of its nature, its personality so to speak.

No American at West Point has had their mother, sister, or girlfriend raped and dismembered on their homeland by members of a foreign military force, their homes blown out by tank and artillery fire, their properties ravaged, destroyed, and stolen. Practically every Russian family has these experiences. Americans don’t get it. Russians do get it, pretty much constantly throughout their national history, which runs now to 1160 years.

This cultural abyss explains the horrifically risible impetus for and effects of US propaganda against Russia, including smooth words from senior American military commanders, who should know better yet repeatedly — and in public — materially betray duties attending their commissions or retired status.

US problems are systemic now, not fixable by applying this program or that. It’s not a matter of finding measures to do something. It’s not that there is too much program here, not enough there. This is superficial. The failure is systemic, not programmatic. The patient flatlined, is not in need of adjustments. General Mac Arthur put it accurately:

It must be of the spirit if we are to save the flesh.

The whole thing isn’t working because the whole thing is led by ignorant and incompetent moral cowards — civilian and military, elected and appointed — beset with jejune concepts and metaphors. The leaders, so-called, pine to accumulate wealth and awards rather than to respect and honor their countrymen as well as fellow humans standing in other and different nations and cultures.

These are therefore dirty people, monied yet little people, fat, insolent, greedy, and barbarous. They tell themselves they are God’s gift of light to the world, Jerusalem to the nations — who damn well better obey them for that, or else bombs away. In fact, they rise in a garden of gardens just like everyone else, they cannot abridge Dharma, and they were well-advised to make up and get along with the nations in a brotherly manner befitting such charming and colorful delights planted together and tended by the self-same Gardner. No one expects this dirty bunch, however, to do these things which could save themselves.

US systemic failure appeared in 2008 and accelerates now under pressure from the two fundamental forces which shape history and humanity:

War and real geopolitics.

Military technology, war-fighting doctrine, and active war shape everything we do. Structures and protocols for procurement, TOEs and TOPs, doctrine, and training beg re-founding for the purpose of serving the one actual, rational USA grand national strategic objective:

Maintain USA sovereign national freedom by sharing fairly the burdens of civilization with the other nations, that is, by communicating respectfully with the other gardens of gardens.

Fulminacio Escalante

This is bedrock, fixed, and unwavering US — and others’ — grand national strategic objective. Party policies may not minimize, dilute, or redirect it. Officials in US federal or state employ whose policies hinder or thwart this objective are cutthroats and thieves. They are not officials of a US GO or even loyal Americans. Such as they lack authority to execute responsibilities of US GOs or even to stand on The USA homeland.

The peace of the nations, the unity of humanity, is in God, humility, and fairness, not in economics, politics, race, ethnicity, or money. Here on earth we are different, but we are not enemies. Just don’t try to roll onto our national territory. Understand this and one understands Russia.

Principle I

The United States have no authority in the domestic affairs of other countries and expect other countries to reciprocate by not feigning authority in our domestic affairs. The United States have interest in the lines of communication running between The United States and all other countries and expect all other countries to bear fairly the burden of keeping those lines open, safe, reliable, fair, and clean.

Principle II

The United States welcome alliance with our brother nations India and Russia for enforcement, from their perspectives, of the ground of statecraft set forth in Principle I and urge Japan and Egypt to join us for that endeavor and commitment.

Principle III

An order to deploy which lacks or frustrates intent to compel a target to sign a declaration of unconditional surrender is an unlawful order by the Rules of Just War, the Conventions of War, Common Sense, and the Spirit of America. An order to deploy conveys this intent to the Commanding Officer: win this war / battle in a timely manner at the lowest possible cost to yourself and your enemy or do not come back alive.

The poetry is important to get the feeling of the song.

Donald Trump won the 2020 election for POTUS going away. He is POTUS until 20 January 2025 and presently in exile. That is the truth. Just stick to it and all will be well.

“Just realize they took the two most pathetic candidates in the history of the Democratic Party: a vice president who didn’t even win a primary in her own state; and a demented pervert, among other things, who can’t even tie his own shoelaces or know where he is. And they crammed them up our nose with a fork of fraud so blatant that it is visible around the world.” Sidney Powell, April 2021
