This is my chief observation regarding the Russian SMO to liberate Novorossiya and Malorossiya from Fascist hordes — WEF, CIA, MI6, US State Department, self-appointed US Foreign Policy Establishment — who know only to insult and defile the nations’ serenity. The power of warfare by C4ISR-guided strategic, operational, and tactical net-centric conventional arms equals now that of warfare by nuclear arms and — huge benefit — without requiring willy-nilly destruction attending the latter. A person, group, or position can be destroyed without destroying a city and the countryside around it.

The invention and perfection of C4ISR-guided strategic, operational, and tactical net-centric combined arms warfare has brought forth this war-fighting situation: Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) using net-centric combined / joint force conventional arms only.
Whoever invented this capability, Russians are first to perfect, test, and tune it to requirements for effectiveness, theirs specifically. At the moment, no other nation has matching, much less over-matching, ability in this bionic faculty of C4ISR-guided strategic, operational, and tactical net-centric combined arms warfare. Nor should it be assumed that another nation will or even should have this ability.
If, demonstratively, net-centric combined arms warfare using conventional arms is as lethal and destructive as warfare by nuclear arms — and it is — then warfare altogether, although proper for defending one’s homeland / nation and her population — including by means of supremacy in C4ISR-guided strategic, operational, and tactical net-centric combined arms warfare — has no justification as a means to pressure the internal affairs of another nation. Such would be MAD or swiftly undone by a multi-nation C4ISR-guided combined / joint force.
This is, so far as one knows, an unprecedented arrival in the teleology of history and affairs of nations. It requires — incentivizes — of nations that they get along, build and maintain objective operating agreements for this and that mutually-beneficial activity, no one lording it over another, on pain of consequences too certain and decisive to contemplate.
Eyeing aspects of this new accomplishment and opportunities for expanding its energy, on September 1, 2022, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov addressed first-year students and staff at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). - Russian-Chinese relations have reached a fundamentally new level that is superior to the classic military alliances of the past era. Draw conclusions from this . . . . We will not develop our relations with the PRC, relations of a fundamentally new quality against anyone.
- Together with China, we see these dangers perfectly well [i.e., combined West aggressions against Russia in Ukraine direction and elsewhere], we will not let ourselves be provoked and will promote an agenda that will obviously be much more attractive to the countries of the region than the confrontation that is being imposed by the West.
INSTRUMENT OF SURRENDER
We, acting by command of and in behalf of the Emperor of Japan, the Japanese Government and the Japanese Imperial General Headquarters, hereby accept the provisions set forth in the declaration issued by the heads of the Governments of the United States, China, and Great Britain on 26 July 1945 at Potsdam, and subsequently adhered to by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, which four powers are hereafter referred to as the Allied Powers.
We hereby proclaim the unconditional surrender to the Allied Powers of the Japanese Imperial General Headquarters and of all Japanese armed forces and all armed forces under the Japanese control wherever situated.
We hereby command all Japanese forces wherever situated and the Japanese people to cease hostilities forthwith, to preserve and save from damage all ships, aircraft, and military and civil property and to comply with all requirements which my be imposed by the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers or by agencies of the Japanese Government at his direction.
We hereby command the Japanese Imperial Headquarters to issue at once orders to the Commanders of all Japanese forces and all forces under Japanese control wherever situated to surrender unconditionally themselves and all forces under their control.
We hereby command all civil, military and naval officials to obey and enforce all proclamations, and orders and directives deemed by the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers to be proper to effectuate this surrender and issued by him or under his authority and we direct all such officials to remain at their posts and to continue to perform their non-combatant duties unless specifically relieved by him or under his authority.
We hereby undertake for the Emperor, the Japanese Government and their successors to carry out the provisions of the Potsdam Declaration in good faith, and to issue whatever orders and take whatever actions may be required by the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers or by any other designated representative of the Allied Powers for the purpose of giving effect to that Declaration.
We hereby command the Japanese Imperial Government and the Japanese Imperial General Headquarters at once to liberate all allied prisoners of war and civilian internees now under Japanese control and to provide for their protection, care, maintenance and immediate transportation to places as directed.
The authority of the Emperor and the Japanese Government to rule the state shall be subject to the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers who will take such steps as he deems proper to effectuate these terms of surrender.
