Neocons are unhappy they are losing territory in Ukraine. Losing lives is nothing to them, as long as it’s not their own. But, territory is all. They — includes CIA-USAID — use proxies because they know USA has neither morale, education, nor industrial base to fight Russia straight up. Probably ditto China. What horrible women.

The man makes the house. The woman makes the home. The man is a Realist. The woman is a Nominalist. There can be a house without there being a home. But there cannot be a home without there being a house. Therefore, the man’s role in the dance of life is primary, the bandleader.
These are not poles. They are bedfellows and they procreate. However, Realism is the stronger and more determinative. The world as what I want it to be is Nominalism. The world as it is is Realism. These are never apart.
Nominalism (the woman) has effectiveness that becomes part of Realism (the man). However, for one to be happy — either man or woman — Nominalism must conform to what Realism allows, it must be consistent with what is patently or potentially Real. It is not potentially Real, for example, for a man to be a woman or a woman to be a man.
Realism, therefore, is the senior partner, just as Eve, as the metaphor has it, is made from Adam’s rib.
If your Nominalism tries to supplant the Real, reality will knock you down. If what you want reality to be is inconsistent with what reality allows, reality (The World) will slap you down. Even saying what you want the world to be, planning to make the world what you want it to be, is a form of Nominalism, the which, if it be inconsistent with what the world allows or might allow, the world will expel it.
For example, Abelard insisted, pressed the point, that the world is and must be as he wants it to be, and in consequence of that the world came and castrated him. This is what Russia today is doing to the ideology of Nudelman/Kaganovich — classical Nominalists, aka neocons, aka fascists — in Ukraine and will do further afield if Vicki and Bob press the point there as well.
The Nominalist impulse must conform to the sensibilities of the Realist impulse or suffer annihilation. The Nominalist impulse is always present, both in individuals and in groups including nations. It is necessary for life to occur, but it is dangerous as well, dangerous if it gets outside coordination with the impulse of Realism.
Nominalists (reality is what I say it is) and Realists (reality is what it is), traditionally, are posed as polar opposites. I think they are more akin to bedfellows who procreate. Realists being the manly aspect of affairs and Nominalists being the womanly.
Calls for accountability, I think, grow in volume when the Nominalist impulse grows insolent or impudent towards the Realist impulse. Then Realism gives Nominalism a whack and some accountability returns.
For example, the enmity against Russia cultivated and thrown thither by Nuland, Truss, Freeland, Lambrecht, Monaco, Hicks, Power, Zelensky, Rice, and von der Leyen has taken an atoning whack.

- He is right, but he omits two key facts: (1) Neocon ideology is uniformly of Ashkenazy Jewish descent (chosen people, exceptional nation, greatest people on earth, etc.), and (2) neocons were brought into USG in force during Ronald Reagan’s administration.
More importantly, it’s the neocons who are going down. USA is not a special nation, a chosen nation, an exceptional nation — that’s neocon ideology — with the right thereby to intervene anywhere in the world, including militarily, to advance whatever are the desires of whoever is at the levers of government at the moment.
The Russian SMO is successful globally, as a few observers predicted it would be. The American Boris Johnson appears to contemplate resigning as PM of Great Britain, who is not so great, except as a pain in nations’ necks.
Neocon ideology did not drive US foreign policy until the Reagan administration brought it in-house — along with the concept of “political correctness” — and it has dominated USG ever since.
