Scimus autem quoniam diligentibus Deum omnia cooperantur in bonum, iis qui secundum propositum vocati sunt sancti. And we know that to them that love God, all things work together unto good, to such as, according to his purpose, are called to be saints.
There is the wisdom of man and there is the wisdom of God.
There is time as chronos and there is time as kairos.
There are facts and there is the truth.
There is happiness and there is bliss.
There is freedom and there is liberation.
Religion promotes the latter.
Clean families, clean churches, clean schools,
clean corporations, clean governments.
Judgement is liberation.
Revelation is salvation.
This hysteria may be compared to a dome of high pressure that settles over an area making everyone breathe steadily more stale, miasmic air. Soon enough it is dispersed by its own structural rigidity and by external whorls of fresh air. Woe to them who identify with the dome or its effects. I really do not want to be in their shoes.
I think intelligent people are consulting their experiences and interior wishes for things to do to prepare themselves and their families for life after this dome of stale air moves off the nation into dissipation.
What will be genuine American statecraft? What will be genuine American education? What will be genuine American family life? What will be genuine American spiritual discipline? What will be genuine American productive capacity?
I think intelligent people are asking themselves questions of those types. Preparing for the day of liberation, otherwise known as The Day Of The Lord. As the old saying has it, use time to light candles, don’t waste time cursing darkness.
