The world is an integrated school and hospital. Life is an integrated program of education and rehabilitation.

Our system of education will be restored when its economics are reversed, when students are paid to attend school rather than paying to attend school. Then, teachers will be in charge, discipline will return and chaos will be driven out into the forests and deserts.

Our system of health will be restored when its economics are removed for patients. Then, doctors will be in charge, salutary living will return and morbid living will be dismissed to cities built, maintained and quarantined in deserts as structures of self-destruction.

Religious and their associated groups should support a general structure comprising a school operating a K-Doctorate personal and professional development program and an adjoining hospital operating a systemic health maintenance and rehabilitation program. This structure would serve as the center of each neighborhood, worldwide.
