. . . that the judicial system of the USA is the problem. At best, their rulings are merely lawful instead of right. At worst, which now is often, their rulings are unAmerican — cowardly, sophistical, and even malicious. Bill Jacobson illustrates the point here. Dan Horowitz makes the point even more strongly here.

With a fair election system, we can emplace and remove from office chief executives and legislators as well as judges. Now, our supposedly own judicial system has told us, at state and federal levels, that we may not demand to have a fair election system, that we must accept whatever election system chief executives, legislators, and judges give us. Justices at SCOTUS did this by ruling that we have no standing to bring election fraud before a court for remedy.

All supposedly conservative justices at SCOTUS ruled to that effect.  I believe they were swayed by fear of violence against themselves and others in their private and public habitations if they allowed the pleading states to present their case and furnish evidence in support of it, which would have been the right thing to do in the circumstances.  Moral cowardice, moral failure, their declination of responsibility is.

Asking the judicial system of the USA for relief against election fraud is now a waste of time. This means the judicial system of the USA is unavailable for fair decision on any matter. Observe the fate of LTG (R) Michael Flynn in this regard. We are in a condition condemned by Hebrew Prophets and Jesus of Nazareth and God. I condemn this one and all who make it.

USA judges make themselves legislators, chief executives, prosecutors, and juries if they get a mind to, and they tolerate each other doing that into the bargain. It is as if lawyers today imagine themselves as in the position of prelates in the European late Middle Ages: all-powerful, unapproachable. Fairness, impartiality, and most importantly, loyalty to what is right — as distinguished even from what is merely lawful — are not in the judicial system of the USA these days, or perhaps, are in it but in small, rare, and hidden places, a definite minority presence.

Horowitz enumerates the phenomenon, and there are many more illustrations of it, especially in state courts. The judicial system of the USA grants now standing to litigants from the CCP of America and not to Americans seeking redress from being cheated, stolen from, and lied to by supposedly their own chief executives, legislators, and judges. On the ground, it will take soldiers to fix this, as it did in 17th Century Europe and 19th Century India. In hearts and minds, it will take saints and sages to fix this, as it did in 18th Century Europe and 20th Century India.

MAGA: Protect The Mother Country

1- This well-organized Democratic Party CCP of America election fraud is long-standing and the Republican Party D-R UniParty have not complained about it until now.

2- The CCP of America have to use election fraud because Americans would vote against them in numbers far more than sufficient to throw them out of office and keep them out.

3- Americans are well-aware of what is going on. See how quickly the TEA Party movement arose, and among educated men and women. Now The Party’s — aka CCP of America’s — lying, cheating, and stealing is very clear indeed to one and all. CCP of America’s camp followers also know what is going on. Beating people into silence does not remove their awareness. Not even killing them does that.

4- What is lawful is not always what is Right. Courts in the USA cannot be relied upon now to judge even lawfully much less rightly. Are applicants to law school aiming to serve as professionals or fleece clients? The judicial system of the USA is fit for fire.

5- When organizing to protect the Mother Country now, include computer forensic scientists along with lawyers and soldiers. And remember, truth is stronger than fiction as well as stranger that it.

MAGA: Protect The Mother Country

Two components I see to this war, a ground component and a hearts and minds component. They are intertwined but distinctly functional components. Before the troops head out for battle, take them into the confessional. The army must be clean to fight.
