Humanity proscribes certain attitudes, indicated as “isms,” not for the trivial purpose of pandering, but because these attitudes oppose the structure of being. To humanity’s list of proscribed “isms” three must be added.

Currently, humanity proscribes nine “isms”:

1- racism: the attitude that one race, by virtue of superiority, may have its way with all other races.

2- sexism: the attitude that one sexual orientation, by virtue of superiority, may have its way with all other sexual orientations.

3- genderism: the attitude that one gender, by virtue of superiority, may have its way with all other genders.

4- ageism: the attitude that one age group or set of age groups, by virtue of superiority, may have its way with all other age groups or sets of age groups.

5- culturalism: the attitude that one culture, by virtue of superiority, may have its way with all other cultures.

6- ethnism: the attitude that one ethnicity, by virtue of superiority, may have its way with all other ethnicities.

7- classism/casteism: the attitude that one class (defined by monies held) and/or caste (defined by birth), by virtue of superiority, may have its way with all other classes/castes.

8- egoism: the attitude that one person, by virtue of superiority, may have their way with all other person.

9- elitism: the attitude that one set of persons (defined by academic certification), by virtue of superiority, may have its way with all other sets of persons.

To these must be added three “isms”:

10- speciesism: the attitude that one species, by virtue of superiority, may have its way with all other species.

11- religionism: the attitude that one religion, by virtue of superiority, may have its way with all other religions.

12- nationalism: the attitude that one nation, by virtue of superiority, may have its way with all other nations.
