A summary of Counselor Powell’s suggestions for restoring faith in our judicial system:
- Fire every DOJ prosecutor and FBI agent who has violated the Brady rule [to produce exculpatory evidence to the defense up to and beyond sentencing], criminalized innocent conduct, made up a crime against a person, or lied to a court.
- Establish a Conviction Integrity Review Unit to conduct independent file reviews of cases, to discover evidence of, and to prosecute for, illegal acts by DOJ prosecutors and FBI agents. Prosecutors’ absolute immunity from prosecution is appalling. [spoken with deep emotion] DOJ OIG lacks authority actually to clean house.
- Require the FBI to record electronically all interviews and to advise all interviewees of their rights and responsibilities under 18 U.S. Code § 1001.
With deep emotion she declares:
WE CANNOT HAVE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS TRUSTED WITH THE SOVEREIGN POWER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA LYING TO FEDERAL JUDGES . . . . . THE DOJ MUST RIGHT THEIR SHIP, THOROUGHLY AND QUICKLY, IF WE ARE TO ENJOY A CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC UNDER THE RULE OF LAW.

Correlative: Race has nothing to do with it. Replacing civilization built by Christians is everything about it. It is that simple. This is why, for example, lawyers and other officials in federal employ feel no obligation to obey laws, follow rules, or act fairly: because those standards embody Christian civilization, which said lawyers and other officials despise and therefore feel at liberty to ignore and abridge, despite personally enjoying their benefits.
Correlative: With respect, that does not about sum it up. The list omits the Salafi/Shiite Jihad force vector — aka Arab/Pan-African Imperialism — which today is indistinguishable from the Globalist/Communist force vector. They are one and the same operationally, at least for now, and their goal is identical: obliterate Christianity and civilization built by Christians.
Correlative: To my eyes, the barbarians are the trolls in the moat, and the castle residents are the beautiful people stewarded along, in our case, by a fine and funny POTUS and a good and beautiful FLOTUS. It is my recollection — hardly infallible — that, in classical literature, trolls are under bridges that cross over a moat. They harass comms between castle and fields, not protect the castle or the fields. Brigands they are, barbarians in other costumes.
Globalists, Communists, and Jihadis unite, for the moment, in convincing Americans that their status as a sovereign constitutional republic under the rule of law is hopeless and not worth caring about.
That assertion, I submit, is a lie and its authors know that it is. Lies, as one may recall, stand not long, especially when faced early by full-spectrum pre-emption.
It may take many lives for a man or a woman to prove that they know what is best for them, that they are able to chalk out their own future without harming themselves or others, that they are aware of the pitfalls on the way. So it is best to trust the experience of sages, who were filled with compassion and who were moved by that compassion to illumine the path of liberation. This experience is enshrined in the Scriptures (Vedas). Faith in the Vedas irrigates the heart and makes it yield the harvest of universal love. The Sastras warn you of false steps, they console you in times of stress, they strengthen you in distress, and they give correct interpretations of moral dilemmas. They prescribe the dress, the food, the manner of speech, the methods of social conduct, the mode of mutual behaviour, and the lines of onward march. They are the conscience of society.
