Chaitanya Jyothi Museum Opening, 2000
RAMANAM
In the Name of The Father, and of The Son and of The Holy Spirit, Amen.
Countrymen,
ORBIS NON SUFFICIT
SOLUS DEUS SUFFICIT
I think not.
Lawless? Well, yes, though hardly shock and awe variety. Imperious? Dictatorial? Definitely captious, average pretentious, especially for the latter, but a pretty poor showing at it, as told by the surround of [necessitous] opulence. People who intend to harm others do not tell them so aforehand. A dictator would not have allowed the national elections of 2012. One and done would have been it. As dictators go, these guys are substandard, anemic. Join intellectual snobbery to business acumen and one has a criminal/dictator/imperator. Join intellectual snobbery to jejune opinions and one has a community organizer. These guys are the latter. Ivy League trash.
They are unable to be serious about what they really want to do, which is to kill a lot of people. They are afraid to do it. Dictators are not. Dharma has these guys in sight of her clutches. They are just lawless. Dirtbags.
They do not even recognize their true enemies. Or feel they are unable to reach them. Not a dictator’s impulses. These guys fulminate against military leadership but leave the same alive. Perhaps unemployed, but alive. Dictators assassinate military leadership and install their own. Wipe clean the nation’s DNA slate and replace with the dictator’s chosen bone marrow. But these guys have not formed, even as they promised, the civilian anti-military national security force that would be necessary to assassinate military leadership. Unpenalized thugs knocking out little old ladies do not constitute a civilian national security force equal or superior to United States Armed Forces.
These guys do not see threats on their flanks and rear. Nor the subtle ones right in front of them. They do not grasp the power of the common word. All they can think of is propaganda. Show. Ordinary speech they leave alone, but that is where their true enemies operate. One doubts they even understand ordinary speech, or want to. Dictators understand ordinary speech and know what to do about it, and do it.
Their behavior is that of vindictive females and queers. These are not the stuff of real dictators, not even of real lawlessness. Their lawlessness is for their benefit, they imagine, like primping before a mirror, but that means it benefits their enemies as well and equally. The mirror reflects their prissiness into the world. That is the behavior of rent-seeking, power-junkie females and queers. Ruthless, yes, but not to the degree required for real imperium.
They are prone to fear and anger, as females are. And that bitter vindictiveness … too much, too feminized, too queer. A dictator is cool and ruthless, even when queer. But these guys go about cleverly, in their eyes, flipping the bird, like queers in heat. They live in fevered stagnations inside their own minds, fearful of externals, of clean realities pumping in at their baths from outside. And angry when those externals surmount their physical, financial and ideological baffles. Such anger. They even put forward fearful, vindictive females to conduct their business … to protect them.
No, these guys are plaintive poltroons. Shag-ready voluptuaries. No one likes them because they are undependable. Even as lawless dictators they cannot be relied upon to dictate, much less lawlessly. Who would hire them knowing their résumés and psych profiles? Pouty piss-ants. Who can count on them for anything? They are not even predictable stinkers. Everyone is looking about to see who is going to get rid of them.
Update 1: M. D. Harmon, Maine Sunday Telegram
Update 2: Speech by “Mad Dog” Mattis, and here
Update 3: How about a RICO suit at Tom Steyer?
Update 4: On 27 January 2015, Marine GEN (Ret.) James Mattis addressed the United States Senate Armed Services Committee on the subject A New American Grand Strategy. At Hoover Institution, who published an adapted version of General Mattis’ address, I commented as follows:
Not that it matters, but, I both appreciate and despond over General Mattis’ address here. Appreciate because (1) as a genuine warrior he says what he sees and eloquently and (2) his heart is unalloyed courage and compassion. Despond because (1) his address reflects lack of situational awareness — half his auditors at least regard the nation state, including USA, as obsolete and perishing — and (2) his address, although latterly specifying or implying serious tactical weaknesses of current operations, transits the periphery of his title: grand national strategy.
It is rare for a military leader to grasp and execute the several strands — principally diplomatic, economic and military, but others as well — of grand national strategy sufficiently to create a rational grand national strategic *objective* that is also inspirational. It is rare for anyone to be able to do that. General David Petraeus has that ability, which is why the Anti-American, Globalist-partisan US Justice [so-called] Department is persecuting/prosecuting him. Asking Congress or a bureaucracy to develop that ability and execute with it compares with asking a herd of cats to organize an expedition to summit Annapurna. Distilling and serving a happy grand national strategic *objective* is a personal, leadership thing few can do, but some definitely can and do accomplish. Their thoughts merit discovery and attendance.
The cynosure of a nation is not her grand national strategy. It is her grand national strategic *objective.* Given what we see now, project and anticipate — always expecting the unexpected, as General Mattis mentions, thankfully, in his address — where and what do we want to be as a nation three, five, ten, etc. years hence? What is our objective? What do we really, truly — as a nation — want for and of ourself to be, to do, to think? What is our inner necessity as a nation? What are we on this earth to accomplish as a national presence? And why do members of Congress not live in the states from which they were selected for office?
Update 5: David Bernstein: ‘Power Wars:’ Was [The Fraud] Administration National Security Policy Lawless?
Update 6: The law is an ass. It’s like a traffic signal. Its red stops nothing, its yellow slows nothing and its green starts nothing. Its most common use is as a cudgel against someone one hates or has failed to avoid the hate of.
Good character and good breeding — a loving mother and an upright father — are the movers and shakers of a successful family, society or nation. Law is a tool for helping or harming that.
James Risen and his coterie live above the facts. That’s what matters. Always, the facts stretch up and swallow them.
