What Brennan, Mueller and the lot mean by national security is their control of the mechanisms of government. About the nation and her welfare or the welfare of her children, her citizens, they do not give a damn. And they show their stupidity by even using the phrase national security. There is no such reality. There cannot be one. There is national opportunity from which patriots wish to fashion national sovereignty. There is no security in this world, national or personal or any other kind. There is opportunity to achieve independence and sovereignty, national, personal and of other kinds.

Question: Does this memo/scenario congrue with the thesis of some that the entire dossier/investigation was instigated by MI6 through Brennan? In other words, the entire business is started by British/Canadian toffs still smarting from having lost our War of Independence, still wanting to help themselves to American wealth, and, the eclectic stupidity of the Obama minions wanted to justify their willingly having been mousetrapped — by Brits/Canadians — when the grand plot failed, i.e., the target got elected.
Alternatively, one could speculate that the business could have been of Russian origin originally, but I would not entertain that speculation because Russia’s inroads here are not such as to get Brennan moving with them. If the origin was foreign, it had to be from another Five Eyes country’s envious prigs.

I don’t know what is more fatiguing: the neverending and VILE tantrums from The Left, the active sabotaging of our warrior president’s agenda by the shameless RINOs or these “DUH” statements from OUR side regarding the OBVIOUS and the TRULY, profoundly guilty parties continue to roam free as you please with ZERO impunity while scrutinizing/manufacturing one idiotic ‘scandal’ after another to the cellular level our phenomenal president and anyone even tenuously associated with him. Ever. In. His. Life. ENOUGH with this disgusting sham of an investigation already! Investigate the investigators and all the blatant skeletons in Herr Mueller’s closet (Whitey Bulger, false imprisonment of innocents, et al). Evil evil man.
Update 2: You know, after all these months watching Trump-Russia ebb and flow, I read this and think to myself, You know what? All this fuss, because the CIA and FBI got mousetrapped by a simple, standard Russian disinformation campaign. That’s what Mueller et al is covering up: their own unintelligence and incompetence. And who has benefited? Donald Trump.
Regarding extensive unintelligence among so-called millenniaI’s, I think it’s as simple as: they got mousetrapped, second-or third-hand, through parents and teachers, by Soviet disinformation campaigns.
Update 3: A broken man who lost the fight against his own demons, this Mueller.
At trial is the very American presumption of innocence and, even more so, the independence of the IC as the sovereign authority for whomever, foreign or domestic, they chose to include in their jurisdiction.
The IC is saying that no one is presumed innocent, other than they themselves, and that they should and will compel anyone they target to prove their innocence against the resources of the IC. Moreover, the IC are asserting that they are the top authority of the USG. In brief, they are a sovereign government unto themselves and for whomever it pleases them to master.
Hydra is the famous swamp creature of Greek literature. I’m sure you know the story. It is myth in the finest sense: corporealizing as characters of a narrative natural phenomena that summon recognition and stir powers in the abyss of a person’s experience.
I find it curious that blogging attorneys are passing over this presumption of innocence matter. It seems to not concern them. Perhaps it concerns only those outside the guild of attorneys? I know attorneys see so many naughty things and people over their careers that they get jaded, cynical, prone to take everyone as guilty of at least a litany of misdemeanors. And it is said the law now criminalizes virtually everyone one way and another. To everyone else, the presumption of innocence is about the first thing they will fight for.
A little revolution now and then might be desirable were it to strike down overweening government agencies and functionaries, all run by attorneys. Better is fervent prayer for an epiphany of Hercules successfully to labor against the life of Hydra in her swamp and then send cataracts through the swamp to flush it.
Draining the swamp will not do. The filth just settles to the bottom and waits for rain to revivify it. The filth has to be washed away as sins are, by cataracts of courage and cleanliness, once the chief swamp dweller, the multi-headed snake (but only one snake!), breathes no more.
The US IC is the Hydra in the swamp.
Update 4: He also stood the American legal system on its head by saying he could not clear PDJT of having committed a crime. IMO, that is a posture more egregious, dangerous, and anti-American than overlooking Hillary’s crimes. Americans are innocent until proven guilty. He knows that. He merits disbarment for the meta-message he made his speech today. No man is he. And certainly no American man.

4- a nation burdened at the top of her intelligence and law enforcement institutions with unintelligent and lawless individuals of both genders . . . such a deal;
5- no wonder mullahs expect to dance on our graves, and sooner than later.
