The Devil’s supreme accomplishment is convincing those who are right that they are wrong.  Now, doing that is called gaslighting.  Previously, it was called sowing self-doubt.

Do not let someone, anyone, make you worry that there is something wrong with you.  If they point out a mistake you are making, look at it honestly and thoroughly and fix it if you realize that you are.  But do not let anyone make you believe that there is something wrong with you.  Even as a descendant of Adam and Eve, there is nothing wrong with you.  At least, nothing that is not also and at least equally wrong with whoever tells you there is something wrong with you.  So tell such a one to get over it already, fix their mistakes and be happy.
