In the Name of The Father, and of The Son and of The Holy Spirit, Amen.

Countrymen,

ORBIS NON SUFFICIT
SOLUS DEUS SUFFICIT

I have written about the evil called affirmative action before now.  Affirmative action descends from the phrase direct action, which descends from the phrase active measures, a term of art of Soviet subversion from which descends a darling word of so-called journalists: activist.  With these words and phrases we are inside the mentality of agitprop.  The word activist comes from Soviet aktivni meropriyatiya (Активные мероприятия), active measures, which have the purpose of subversion, which consists of spreading disinformation [dezinformatsiya] that renders an opponent incapable of discriminating between truth and fiction and thus incapable defending themselves.

Active Measures is a term of art of Soviet espionage.  Affirmative Action is a declension of the Soviet espionage term of art Active Measures.  It means getting inside, subverting an adversary’s OODA Loop.

This is not complicated or hard to understand.  Just think of it as lies or calumny spread about to advantage one over another one wants to control.  Active Measures is the battle plan of choice for the weaker side in asymmetrical warfare.

Specifically in regard to the affirmative action iteration of asymmetrical warfare, the Power Line team produced today from two legal eagles a statement each from the early days of affirmative action conception and implementation.  Both statements foretold results of affirmative action, namely, as Michael Walsh puts itBefore the liberal revolution is over, we’ll be back to segregating the sexes — in the name of ‘safety’ — and the races — in the name of ‘empowerment.’

The first statement is a letter, dated 09 June 1969, from a Yale Law Graduate to the Yale Law Dean, together with a responding letter from the Dean, dated 23 June 1969.  Commentary by John Hinderaker, a Harvard Law Graduate, is here.

The second statement is an article, dated July-August 1966, by a Stanford Law Professor in the Northwestern University Law Review.  Commentary by Paul Mirengoff, a Stanford Law Graduate, is here.

Anybody who wants special treatment because of some quality they possess is asking to be enslaved.  We do not have titles of nobility in the USA.

Update 1: Affirmative Action is a declension of the Soviet espionage term of art Active Measures. It means getting inside, subverting an adversary’s OODA Loop.

Affirmative Action/Active Measures is the battle plan of choice for the weaker side in asymmetrical warfare.

Anybody who wants special treatment because of some quality they possess is asking to be enslaved. We do not have titles of nobility in the USA.
