Logic reflects Logos but does not touch Logos and cannot reach Logos. Logos is the origin of logic but logic is not Logos. Logic is a unique tool, not a universal one, much less the universal base (esse ipsum). Logic correlates with Logos but is not identical with Logos. Between logic and Logos there is an existential but not an essential difference.
Walter Russell Mead is wrestling, once again (also here, here, here, here and here), with the correlation of imponderables and phenomena. He is right to go to the Trinity, but wrong to take it as a something.
The blithe ignorance of Christianity, theology and history in comments to this post at Instapundit is enormous.
