Referencing oikophobia, I answer as follows.

He does not. The Globalist/Caliphist left is anti-American. The US Constitution, which forms traditional America, is their enemy. Their ally, currently, is the Moslem Brotherhood (and here), who is now allied also with the Iranian clerical hierarchy. The Globalist/Caliphist anti-American left aligns with Caliphists of all stripes and wants desperately to play nice with them because they too are anti-American.

There is a difference in goal, however. The Globalist/Caliphist anti-American left (e.g., the incumbents, the Clintons, the Bidens, Jarrett, Power, Rice) want to rule America as a two-tiered oligarchy (rulers and ruled) to loot her wealth, moral, honorable and financial, placing that at the disposal of their friends and allies near and far. Caliphists want to make America over into the quintessential Caliphist war-fighting machine, their literal army of dhimmis, slaves.

America as founded is an enemy of both those groups, who jointly grasp the mechanisms of US government today.

The fires in North Africa and elsewhere are features, not bugs, to the Globalist/Caliphist anti-American left. But they are more fire than they want or expected. While they are glad traditional America is hurt, they are blind-sided by the degree of hurt their allies inflicted, i.e., Caliphists inflicted, and specifically the Moslem Brotherhood (and here, and here). This reflects the difference in goal between these allies. The Caliphists have their own reasons for overwhelming American assets and are not inhibited from pursuing them on their terms.

The Globalist/Caliphist anti-American left does not grasp the depth of those reasons. They know the reasons are there, but they are so stuck on themselves they cannot bring themselves to consider Caliphists‘ reasons relevant to their plans. These fires, exceeding what the Globalist/Caliphist anti-American left wanted and expected, have struck fear in their hearts. Suddenly, someone, an ally no less, they cannot deceive and with the power to strike them, strikes them. Terrifying.

Not only traditional America but also the Globalist/Caliphist anti-American left is under attack by the Globalist/Caliphist anti-American left’s ally, Caliphists of all stripes.

So the Globalist/Caliphist anti-American left cannot control their allies. That is what we are seeing. In fact, their allies control them: uncover UT Austin, a Globalist/Caliphist anti-American left fortress, including active nuclear facilities.

They are trying to control the domestic fallout by blaming what they consider an excess of fires (murdering an ambassador, yet; that is not the fire they wanted or expected) on traditional America, specifically the First and Second Amendments to the US Constitution. This will always be their response no matter the fire or its amount because they despise traditional America, they are anti-Americans. They regard Constitutional America as their enemy, their one and only enemy.

Now their results have exceeded their desires. Their lack of control, even of their ally, is exposed. They are way beyond self-correction. More fire than they wanted has arrived and driven right into their mansion. Whole neighborhoods and cities, and not theirs only, are going down to ashes because they will not relent their aspirations or their associations and so are spreading the conflagration as they run hither and thither on fire. Aren’t the mullahs pleased!

It’s a strange disease, blaming your mother for your birth. Honesty commends a commitment to suicide, and let mother live in peace. After all, the way these children turned out, what mother would want them around?

The incumbent has one foot in the Globalist/Caliphist anti-American left and one foot in the Moslem Brotherhood (and here, and here). That is what he and his anti-American American donors consider his strength and the reason they support him, to get their noses in the left’s money trough and to protect them from the Caliphists’ beheading knives. Now one of those feet has fire rising up its leg even as the money trough is refilled. The beheading knives – and sodomizing sticks – are getting close to vital areas. The alliance isn’t working as expected. Panic. Now what? Spray the fire with more money? That, clearly, already failed to produce desired results. Now what? Blame mother, use the crisis to spike the US Constitution. Only, that doesn’t address the fire, which has its own, independent reasons for burning.

Making your mother your enemy rather than your ally gives you a lot of problems. Your mother didn’t make herself your enemy, you did, though she might now too. In fact, she will, she is doing.
