The world is an educational enterprise, not a commercial one.

Prosperity is a result of teachers, who cultivate wisdom and reap knowledge and instill these benefits in their students, and of their students, who put the wisdom and knowledge learned from their teachers into practice.  Free trade and free markets have nothing to do with prosperity.  Teachers and their students provide the happiness of prosperity for man.

Without teachers and their students, there can be no markets, no society, merely chaos.  There is no free lunch.  Society depends absolutely on six inches of topsoil and schools run by teachers.

Commerce is an element of man’s existence, a consequence of his fallen condition.  It is not an element of man’s essence, his original or his restored nature.

The world is the embodiment of Divine Love.  Its nature is Truth, Righteousness, Peace, Love and Non-Violence.  Its purpose is the education of all beings. Education is the only activity that satisfies all of man’s yearnings.
