The difference between Judaism and Christianity is the difference between monolatry and monotheism. Judaism is a civilization for Jews under a deity who is for Jews only. Several Hebrew Prophets tried to make Judaism monotheistic but they failed. After 142 BC, especially, Judaism is resolutely monolatrous: YHWH for Jews only, Chosen People, the only such. Christianity is a civilization for everyone under a God who is for everyone, akin thus to Buddhism (in its universalism, though Buddhism technically is atheistic) and to Hinduism. (In fact, Christianity bases on the Seers of Buddhism and reflects Hindu trinitarianism.)
Jewish civilization is highly surviving, even of the most terrible pogroms. But it cares not for survival or civilization for all, only for Jews. This is why, for example, defeat of Caliphists’ ambitions in Europe, while including Jews, for their own purposes, have been and will be initiated and led by Christians.
In the Anglo-sphere, the Five Eyes, and to a significant extent in the Russo-sphere and the Spanish-sphere (thank God for the Sephardi!), many, many Jews have transcended exclusive loyalty to Jewish civilization to embrace loyalty to a multi-racial, multi-religious national civilization, becoming thereby monotheists with respect to one Name of God or another (they are countless).
France and leftists generally (Caliphists, Globalists, Nazis, Communists, Progressives, Liberals), such as in USA, England and Germany, do not like Jews. I think this is because they do not like competing monolatrists, not because they do not like Jews per se. If that is true, then I should think the response of Jews to that should be to redouble and highlight their loyalty to the multi-racial, multi-religious national civilization of their birth. Throw their monotheism into the teeth of French and leftist — to include Caliphist — monolatrists. And I see no reason Jews need to be Christians to do that. Monotheism is in Jews’ Prophetic literature, as my Professor A. J. Heschel rightly pointed out.
