Mr. Trump asks for the best, fresh, realistic thinkers on USA foreign policy, post-Cold War.  That would be me or include me.  Don’t laugh, it’s true.

The alliance structure post-Cold War I call Three Brothers Doctrine (USA, India, Russia).

I advise against staffing this message.  Get it to the guy standing for POTUS.  And don’t send me email adverts.  I don’t need them.

I am 72+ years of age and in decent health.  I grew up in Claremont, CA, then graduated University of Redlands, CA in 1965 and Union Theological Seminary, New York City in 1969.  To pursue my interests as a theologian with independence, I made my living driving public transit in California and then Washington State.

My best wishes are for your campaign.  I like Donald Trump, understand him, and concur with his motivations.

Update 4: My comment on a Spengler article supporting Trump: Indeed, Russia is not the biggest threat to the USA.  But noting that is not solving the problem.  Nor is saying jihadism is.  After WWII an international structure was created to keep the peace and stable communications.

That structure’s obsolescence by on-going natural hubbub of nations — and anti-national sovereignty activists — demands a new, fresh structure for doing the same: keep the peace and guarantee communications.  The Solons (statesmen) have NOT produced the same.

Here is a suggestion: Three Brothers Doctrine.

Assuming those stars actually have light sufficient for a career of staring, I’m glad none is on Trump’s short list — precisely because they are political stars, careerist professional politicians!!!

I’d like in office anyone BUT a professional politician, anyone BUT one who craves the office, anyone who is NOT thinking about THEIR future.  The very mind-set which produces the concept of a political star with a future I find smug, anxious, cynical, elitist, and un-American.

If you want my vote because you want your concept of a career for yourself, you don’t give a damn about my soul and you don’t deserve my vote.  You deserve the sole of my shoe.
